The British know how to make TV series! The atmosphere in this series is so pleasant to the soul. It's amazing when you've just started watching, and now the end has come... I was really glad to meet such a wonderful mini-series!

What I love about British classics is that half of the characters will be killed in the most tragic way, and those who are left alive will be reborn))
in general, the series is very good.

A wonderful film adaptation, where famous actors play through one. As in Gaskell's book, the humor is excellent here and the spirit of old England and a small town is very well conveyed.

Everyone is blaming Miss Matty: the death of her sister and the man she loves, the loss of her savings, and fear for the future... By the law of the genre, I'm waiting for the best ending for her.
