Nanno ruined an innocent girl's life in an attempt to beat Yuri.
The first episode, where I feel sorry for the victim. Really, what did she do? She was exploited by her parents, but she was still helpful, sweet, and patient. Then Nanno appears, says stop bending your back, she has never so actively influenced the actions of the heroes. And Jenny becomes a dummy in the competition between Nanno and Yuri. She wasn't even selfish, she wanted to give up advertising herself, and why would she be so severely punished?

Yuri remained a dog, she ran after Nanno the whole series, although she could have punished people herself.

I don't think Nanno is dead. It is unlikely that the directors will take such a step and turn an acute social series into a mess-rubilovo, and with Yuri and her newly-made dog, no deep meaning and justice is expected.
In general, I believe that the nature of Nanno's existence lies in a fair trial of people and her immortality depends entirely on whether she judges fairly or not. If in the series with Jenny she went on about emotions to beat Yuri, and acted unfairly, then in this series she could well return her immortality back.
