Description
Belly measures her life in summers. Everything good, everything magical happens between the months of June and August. Winters are simply a time to count the weeks until the next summer, a place away from the beach house, away from Susannah, and most importantly, away from Jeremiah and Conrad. They are the boys that Belly has known since her very first summer—they have been her brother figures, her crushes, and everything in between. But one summer, one terrible and wonderful summer, the more everything changes, the more it all ends up just the way it should have been all along.
Dude, you and Belly broke up. You dumped her at graduation, didn't appreciate her. She clearly told you that she doesn't want to be with you, that the feelings have passed. But wow, as a real abusernarcissmanipulator, you realized that you needed someone when that someone stopped waiting for you and was entirely yours. And he began to spoil the life of both Belly and Jeru.
Taylor is the voice of reason and the most important fan of Jer. Finally, who said that Conrad wasn't the only one who was going through a sweat, that Jer felt the same.
And Stephen, really? Belle needs challenges in life, so do you want her to be with Conrad, who arranges emotional swings?
And Jeremiah, the sunshine, who literally was the greenest flag the whole episode. He told Belly to go talk to Conrad near the campus, told them to discuss everything at the motel. He gives her a choice, while Conrad accused Belly that the kiss with Jeremiah was only to make him jealous (this is generally the bottom. Connie Baby needs to stop acting like the whole world revolves around him). He talks to Conrad and urges him to tell Belle that he still loves her.
And how glad I am that Laurel has begun to come to life and accept Suzanne's death, to meet new people. I'm happy from the bottom of my heart. And their conversation with Belly was touching.
In summary, the finale turned out to be very nice, albeit a little dramatic. All the dots above the "i" are placed. And no matter how much I scold Conrad, he is still very sorry. But I want to believe that choosing Belly will teach him something. As she correctly pointed out, he was always like that. He always gave, but then he always took it back. I hope that by next season we will see the arch of his life, as this season we saw the arch of Jeremiah's life.
PS: how fucking kissing scenes Gavin Casaleno gives out, girls! I wish each of us such guys :)
Without too much glass and whining
But sorting through the brothers several times, of course, is fun))
