1) I can't say that I ever thought about Bora Bora before, but if I had been asked, I would have 99% probably confused it with Bora Bora and 100% would not have thought about Afghanistan.
2) Forest-colored camouflage with a print that you don't have the rights to - that's five. I can't imagine how anyone could have agreed to pay for it. Something like "the first word is more expensive than the second", probably.
3) I don't know who Bin Laden's photographer is, but in all the shots it's just Ted Bundy from the terrorists.
4) A terrible story, of course. And the starting point itself, and where it all led.

@albuqerke: You must have seen some other movie if it was "shameful propaganda" for you

I was very impressed after the first episode. I was 8 years old when it happened, and I don't remember anything except the 2 towers. It turns out there were more terrorist attacks. There are so many documentaries and audio recordings that it's like I was watching it live, along with eyewitnesses, it's so scary. Crashing planes, injured people jumping out of high-rise buildings, collapsing skyscrapers, a crashed plane that saved the white house, the Pentagon, people fleeing from black smoke.

The Soviet attack on Afghanistan and the subsequent events. And today, the Taliban are visiting the Kremlin and capturing Kabul. It was interesting to see how it all started.

It's a terrible tragedy, and I won't digest what I've seen for a single day.

the dude was tortured and under torture he said that Saddam Hussein and Al-Qaeda are connected, and invaded Iraq, the dementia and courage of Bush and his gang are in power, the ending about Afghanistan is tin, so many billions invested and the money was simply stolen by the Afghan government. Well, after the arrival of the Taliban at the end of the summer of 2021, everything clearly showed that 20 years of investments in Afghanistan did not give anything, the Americans left and everything collapsed like a house of cards.

It was interesting to watch the documentary. 20 years after the tragedy, everything is perceived a little differently. They approach the coverage of the events of those days and the consequences with a cooler head. I have never seen a pattern between the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan and further attacks by terrorist groups. There is a lot of food for thought! Propaganda, of course, is present, rarely what the United States releases happens without it. But no one canceled reading between the lines, I recommend it for viewing! Something to think about
