A drama/comedy/romance starring Claudia Karvan as Suzy Darling, a dentist who has moved so single-mindedly through life that she has not stopped to smell the roses. It doesn't seem to be anything special, there won't be a "Wow" effect from it, but it's very pleasant to watch. Australians know how to shoot something easily and casually. After watching, only positive feelings remain.
This is not the first Australian TV series that attracts and retains attention without having a twisted plot, a pronounced drama or a comedic component. They have everything in moderation.
As an example and a kind of recommendation for viewing - The Heights and Doctor Doctor.
By the way, this series stars an actor playing the lead role in the Doctor Doctor series.
It also stars Yael Stone, an actress who later played the role of Lorna in the TV series Orange is the New Black. I think fans of Orange will be interested to see her.
The sister is fucked up. She's kind of a psychoanalyst herself, but she got carried away with Steve, and even said it out loud at the reception.
I just started to think that the heroine began to think about something and respect herself, as she agreed to take care of her husband's tooth, I would have sent her to another dentist. And then she agreed to a shared family photo for her mother-in-law. But WHY, if there is no family anymore because of the drinking and disrespect of her husband?
It's fucking Jonkle again, who played Susan in front of the partners in the restaurant.
Is Steve cumming at all - bringing a pillow to his wife's apartment for sex, which he previously fucked his daughter's teacher for?!?
Viola, her daughter's teacher, is already running the house of her student's undocumented parents.
Steve's husband has the nerve to tell Susie that her daughter is being bullied at school. Seriously, he didn't think about children when he wasn't hiding his infidelity, or when in the first episode he told his wife to show a smile – a shoemaker without boots, and here a dentist without a tooth.
