Well, at least GG is not an OYASH, but a tramp to look for. And it's not based on a simple plot, with a wonderful deep story from a hundred years ago, though it's terribly unsaid, which makes it look pathetic. They also raised the problems of an incomplete family and tried to create drama in the situation (the key word is "tried"). Because of all this, romance itself goes somewhere far away, and is not at all the essence of the series, but rather lives as a side effect of the plot.
In general, the drain. And it was very insulting, because I really liked the idea!
But the movie made me happy! Firstly, the graphics have grown a lot and the drawing of the characters has become more pleasant. Secondly, all the mystique of the series has evaporated and the plot has been filled with real facts, thanks to which everything becomes clearer, clearer, more adequate and generally interesting!
Ovashki is pure fanservice to the "historical inserts" of the series. As a fan service, they are very well done: beautiful graphics, a sweet story, no attempts at absurdly dramatization and a touch of light humor. In general, in the end, they completely corrected themselves and left a good impression of the fendom.
