I really enjoyed the second season, I set a good bar, which for some reason we couldn't continue here. The appearance of old men is somewhat forced, pleasing to the eye, but they seem foreign. The atmosphere itself seems to have stopped being as relaxed and easy, and I suspect that this is because of the plots that have been twisted this season.
The relationship between Venik and the psychologist is only controversial, I read a comment below in the series that perfectly describes my attitude to this novel. Direct quote: "the difference between old school and new school is that in the beginning there was just an abstract mom, whom we didn't even see, so Oksana impressed us and their relationship with Vasnetsov didn't hurt our eyes. But here we know Dasha, she's not abstract, we remember their story with a Broom, so naturally we compare and react to another girl accordingly." I'll add that it was clear why and where and to whom my mother went, and then Dasha ran away (she didn't get divorced, she left!) from domestic violence, having given birth to four children! That is, there were some things that she couldn't stand in her marriage. Maybe they could be solved? Then the question arises, maybe the problem is in the Broom itself? In general, it is very controversial, of course. I can't say more than that.
They ruined Sonya's character. If earlier she resembled Dasha in character and was her ideological continuation and just an interesting sister, then here there is one continuous inadequacy, woven into an incomprehensible love triangle. What for? Considering her previous relationship with Roma and the entire second season of the love story with Yakushev, now you look at it with bewilderment. And at some moments I just wanted to say: WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!! I don't even want them to get together with Igor. He's too good a boy for Sonya. Let him get along with Sasha . Crypota and Tim are a separate story.... That was it. He got drunk, stole, furnished a room like hers, and then went to London to study. Yeah, even for the genre, it's too much. Unfortunately, the same genre protects against further developments.
The branch with Boreas and Gales is insanely cute, pleasing to the eye!
By the way, I did not understand the branch with Plato at all. Where does he come from, how does he do it, and what does he do in the series? I mean... what's it for anyway? In the last episode, he is generally looking for a dependent. What's that for???? For some reason, he scares me more.
For the rest of the moments, I caught myself thinking that I don't even remember - but what exactly happened? A nondescript season, silly and fused plot lines, self-repetitions, stomping on the spot, and spoiling the characters. The only thing that pleased me was the appearance of the old men, who now became "if only" and a simple attempt to play on nostalgia, although in the second season they did it more competently, more "naturally" or something. I repeat, I associate these feelings with the kind of plots that were played out, which made the artificiality of what was happening felt. Well, the penultimate episode about the bachelorette party and the appearance of Zhenya, although she was not allowed to say a word, but it's a pity. The whole season turned out to be kind of filler. They piled up a lot of drama, they sucked it out of their fingers, and in fact they forgot that the series was a comedy. And instead of watching it casually (forgetting about the conventions of the world!), you're watching this unnecessary silly drama.… And the second season remains the best for me so far.
I was especially looking forward to Sivaeva's appearance. I'm glad they finally gave her something to say, I miss her so much! "See you soon" - next season?) I hope that the creators will stop feeding Dasha every season finale, but introduce her.
