@Velldanas: It's just a series in support of the Children in Need Foundation in Britain. exactly the same "dumb episodes" come out, for example, in Doctor Who. This series does not need to be evaluated as a canonical T&J series, it was simply created as part of an appeal to children's charity.

The Czech period is sooooo strange. It is clear that the animation will not be at the same level, but this is just extremely bad. Even in the older cartoons, where FPS was minimized, static frames were well rendered. Not only is the general level of drawing ailing, but also the very strange directing and physics (yes, even compared to the cartoon). And not only does it look bad, but it also sounds bad - the sounds are unnatural, as if they were taken from different places, sometimes they just don't fit.
