A Dangerous Friendship

The series ended very suddenly. -_- It seems like they were going to shoot more than four episodes, but then they found out that there would be no financing, and they hastily stuck on the final phrases.
Sorry. It turned out to be a good thing, but unfinished. It is unclear how, according to the authors, the relationship between Anna and Louis developed further - did she cheat on him or not? Is there an heir from him? Did they get close at some point, were they constantly at odds, or were they generally indifferent? The story here does not give clear answers, I would like to see this version to the end.
Again, if the series is about Madame de Chevreuse, then a lot of her intrigues are still ahead. Apparently, the whole problem is really about money. ((

The behavior of the main character is annoying, of course, but in fact she was even worse. To be honest, I strongly doubt that in reality Anna's fall happened by accident and that the future Madame de Chevreuse really wanted to bring her closer to the king. Rather, just the opposite.

About Louis's sister Henrietta getting married. (In case anyone cares. )) ) We are not talking about Henrietta Maria, who will become Queen of England, but about the illegitimate daughter of Henry IV by Gabrielle d'estré Catherine Henrietta.
