Claudia needs it more, for the sake of her daughter, blablabla, but in fact they found fault with Derrick only because he took a long time to squeeze out the dough.
And Claudia was so worried that her dessert wouldn't freeze, everything was counted to seconds, nevertheless she managed to start all over again, make another portion, put it in the refrigerator 5 minutes before the "whistle" and everything froze perfectly?! It's hard to believe, to be honest.
For me, she's an absolutely average participant who hasn't shown anything new. Derrick had really very complex dishes, an unconventional approach and new techniques.
An unpleasant feeling remained from the finale, as if I had been deceived.
I also really miss Joe :(
