@expulso: that's how we translated it, that's not the original meaning. like, "two nipples, no waiting," like with each one in a row, like Rachel at school.
When Joey started talking about Ginger's prosthetic leg, he immediately remembered the role of Sherilyn Fenn in the 1993 film Elena in the Box. Maybe it was such a reference?
Suddenly Rachel is being smarter in a relationship than Ross is. It's amazing and wonderful) But Ross, at this rate, is only bringing the moment when he will be waved at. You need to be smarter, your hobbies with your partner should not overlap 100%. As well as the social circle.
@vampironok666: yes, it's not even a hobby, but a job, as it were - she's not jealous of some dinosaur colleague, is she?)) well, or they don't show it to us anymore, because there was still one scene with jealousy of the "stripper"...
God, it's bombed from Ross in this episode. Okay, you're jealous, you say you're going to go to a lecture with her that she's really interested in. But why act like an asshole both at the lecture and after it? Was it so difficult to sit out an hour or two for the sake of the girl you love? Was it so hard to support not? Why belittle Rachel's interests and work? To put your work in the best light, and tell her what kind of a weird field she works in 🤦🏻♀️
Devaluation of other people's work, hobbies, and activities is an abomination. And again, this disgusting snobbery of Ross, in his understanding Rachel is JUST a waitress / engaged in fashion, and he is a great mind, what a scientist in a museum! Ugh. And Ginger acted like a brute - she had a leg herself, and she thought the mole was disgusting. That is, everyone should accept her like this immediately and without question, but herself? Ugh! And it's a shame for Phoebe (
I hate both the girls in this series. And Ginger, who for some mystical reason liked Chandler, and who poked him so viciously that he even went for a surgical procedure. And Leslie rrrrrr, I feel sorry for Phoebe, and I always hate when such people are forgiven and given numerous chances.
I've never really liked Ross's character and it's not clear what Rachel found in him, but it's just terribly infuriating in this plot twist with Mark. But the characters are well spelled out relative to their background, probably, real people would behave like that)
And I didn't get the last joke.
:D
Sherilynn is beautiful!!
I love the moment when the frames change in the opening))
