I agree with the commentators above. Why hasn't Mephisto been removed yet?.at least from the position of rector. What kind of antics are these in the form of life-and-death fights? Everyone should already understand that he is deliberately putting lives in danger. It is clear that this is not a training exercise at all, but the pursuit of personal goals.
Perhaps Mephisto has some kind of trump card up his sleeve, since he was not killed or removed from office...Just which one?..

@id88747137: They won't tell you this in anime, so I highly recommend reading the manga, you'll learn a lot of interesting details about all the characters.
