Anime is gorgeous. Whoever doesn't like the Blue Exorcist hasn't watched the Blue Exorcist.

Clone of a clone
The main character is Gary Potter in Japanese, the blah blah cross school is Hogwarts, the redhead is a copy of Yoko and summons animals like in Naruto, the blond from the Vatican is Cloud, and his sword is the same, the exorcist system is the same as in any MMO, the unfinished Germinone and everything that was unfinished in it was stuffed In blonde, the demon brothers eerily resemble the demon brothers from Digraiman, the brothers that the main characters are clones of Erlik attacking statues like in Gantz.
I can go on indefinitely. Of course, I'm talking (and I'm not even hiding it), but all my familiar animeshniki on the Internet and in real life said that this is "just unrealistically cool anime"! And even the great Megahouse himself made 2 figures into a GEM series.
I was waiting for a masterpiece. I was bummed out.
But if you do not pay attention to all of the above, then…
The anime is funny, it looks very easy and not forced, I quite enjoyed it, but the world is not too thought out, the events ... kindergarten is on the road, so for me this anime is a one-time thing. (I'm sure the screenwriters are to blame for everything, and the manga is cooler as always!)
The main plus is an unusual and interesting drawing. And, of course, the boys: they are very sexy, attractive and alluring. If they do what they did with the Alchemist and make a second alternative season, I will definitely watch it, at least for the sake of the boys.

The anime is good, interesting, the drawing is generally awesome, but I didn't see anything grandiose that makes me fall in love and tremble here. And even the whole "villainous part" turned out to be supposedly good in the end, but just misunderstood! Pf, what a hackneyed technique.

A really good anime and everything is as it should be in duration-it is not delayed and everything is clear.I watched it with great interest, it's just a pity that there is little romance, well, okay, anime is not about that:z

"The perfect anime", "Masterpiece", "Good luck"... Are you serious? Which episode should I review in order to understand where it is perfect? This is definitely an average anime, and for an amateur, because there is no original plot, no masterpiece music, no outstanding drawing in "The Blue Exorcist". He can be loved by someone who is a fan of certain types of characters. I once gave up watching it (which I do extremely rarely, because in terms of anime and manga I am almost omnivorous), because somewhere in the sixth series everything had already become clear, and suddenly three days ago my friends buzzed all my ears: "Look at this! It's a masterpiece! Whoever hasn't watched it is not an animeshnik!" etc. And what is the result? I shouldn't have waited for a miracle "not in this, so maybe in the next episode", not that case.
That's what I mean - don't make it out of the average (read: mediocre) anime icon of the genre. You can watch it (it looks easy), but that's all.

@Kuroko: By the sixth? It wasn't bad, I only survived three episodes, and I was already fed up with stupid yelling. I also rewound to the middle (with the hope that maybe it was only at the beginning) for a series with a battle with some kind of crab - but no, nothing got better. I put two (despite the fact that I have only three minimally bad grades in the viewed). But the people are fanatical...

The first season is average 3.5/5, the drawing is not very good, the music is normal. The plot is too hackneyed. The characters are made of cardboard. Maybe people who are not sophisticated (like Naruto or Gintama) this anime will seem like a "masterpiece", but experienced animeshnikami will be bored.
In my opinion, season 2 is much better.
