(Humor. Nerds in a cafe)
(Romantic): I love autumn. The leaves turn yellow, and an invigorating coolness appears.
(Concerned): And there's also a whole herd of graduate students who gain weight in winter and become vulnerable and lonely. Come on, sweetie, have another calzone. Daddy can wait.
---
("Nerd"): I have a game planned with my friends today.
(Fan of "Nerd"): And didn't one great man say: "Science requires nothing less than the passionate and unconditional dedication of our whole lives to it"?
("Botanist"): Yes, I said so.
(a friend of the "Nerd"): And what, are you dumping us?
("Nerd"): Well, you heard her. I can't argue with myself.

The urge to control everything, excessive order and too strict a schedule is similar to OCD. What else have you noticed?
You can also notice Sheldon's rigid perfectionism. There were episodes both in TBV and in Sheldon's childhood, where he tried to quit his professional career after learning that there was someone better than him
And I would also expand OCD to the neurotic spectrum. Obsessive disorder, hypochondria (remember the episode from season 1, how everyone hid when Sheldon got sick), possibly phobias (for example, germs).
However, all this can also be put together and attributed to asperger's. All of the above in general are not diagnoses in the sense in which we understand it. These are rather the features of the nervous system
