Mulder's mother is terribly annoying. She's probably done a lot of things in the past, and the kids are paying for them..And he doesn't want to admit anything.
@Alina2007: That's it, she obviously knows everything, she could have told me. and clearly knows what's wrong with Samantha, her son has put his whole life on it, and she... eh (
Five years of working together. For the first time, Fox does not say "Scully, it's me" when calling, but simply "Scully". I didn't have to wait long to be sure that Patrtner would recognize you.)
At the moment when Mulder's rights were read out, it froze on his skin, and when Scully hugged him at the end, he was drooping and desperate... It seems to me that my heart has never been broken before.
At the beginning of the episode, when Scully goes into the bathroom, and there Mulder is sitting in the bathroom and can't get warm💔 How Scully worried about him the whole episode is very touching.😭
After dozens of different series about the work of law enforcement agencies, it is so strange to watch that Mulder began to wash away the evidence from himself, that they went to figure out what was what, that Scully was allowed to investigate, although she has a clear conflict of interest, that in general when Mulder demanded her to himself, she was allowed into the cell alone, she is not even a lawyer his. etc., etc., I don't remember any other examples, in the process it's just not that I facepalm it, but everything turned over internally that it was wrong, that it was a violation.
@Draznilla: well, yes, you're right, but in those years the emphasis was on something else and a lot was omitted (even such nuances). The series is pretty good for that time, and it's still interesting to watch it. Just try not to delve into the "mistakes and omissions".
Damn, this is just a brilliant series in every sense.
Even if you are not a fierce schipper of Scully and Mulder, it is impossible not to be imbued with the care that she has wrapped around him in this series, the knowledge that she possesses about him, and the trust and faith in him that she is endowed with. She asked, "What were his last words?" and that's how she understood where he was going. How well they know each other, and how they feel.
The last scene in the series between them deserves special attention. She's great. So much pain, so much warmth, love, trust, provocation, difficulties and such fragile hope, and such iron faith in a person that, literally, before your eyes, goes crazy. A tense moment, does not let go for a second, makes you watch with bated breath.
"Are you ready to shoot me, Mulder?" - Shut up! - Shoot.
Such a catharsis, so many tears were shed at the end.
Mulder is driven crazy by this story, and I don't know how many circles of Hell he has to go through to finally find out the truth. And when the full picture is formed, down to the most detailed details, what will happen to him? What will happen next?
How did Mulder get sick of his obsession already!!!! It's infuriating!!! I'm ready to throw everyone under the ice rink, just to get my own! She doesn't think about Dana at all, but is it possible for her to experience such stresses in her condition. Instead of figuring out how to help Dana, he just gave up on her problems and whines about himself again, and Dana has to jump out of her skin to solve the next quirks of an egoist partner. Skinner goes to all sorts of lengths to save Dana, and this one just makes up a mournful face and asks "Are you all right?", yes, it's just amazing participation from a loved one. Dana's a saint just that she's still messing with Mulder and his obsession.
