An unremarkable episode, if not for one thing: A powerful and emotional finale, where the hero of Jeff Daniels makes a difficult decision with lightning speed on live TV. And all this under the song Fix You from the band Coldplay, which makes you shiver to the very goosebumps.

What is really great is that the series covers real news, real events that took place at that time. Personally, I experience incredible emotional outbursts, and the fact of realism only gives them strength. Bravo.

It was while watching this series that I thought about the same thing. Yes, the plot is fiction, but the real events shown here make the series more realistic - a great idea.
Sorkin's dialogues - and any plot becomes a candy (in general, not specifically about this series), even melodramatic moments are good

Who even thought up Maggie to be with Don when Jim rushed to her on the roof, despite the fact that Don said to leave her alone? OK, he's used to it, he didn't know that Jim could help, but Jim is so much more... sensitive? Empathetic? I need them to be together. :(

"Did I oust Jennifer Aniston from the cover?" :D

The end is very strong, I even shed tears.
