Sometimes the Office goes too far in the kind of stupidity of what is happening. Nellie came in, took over the office herself without any rights, and then Andy came back and was fired because what? I understand if it was because I quit my job, no, but just because Nellie didn't want to leave. But when the legitimate manager did not want to leave, he was fired. Not only is it just dumb, but it's also unpleasant. The meaning of this? For the sake of humor? I doubt it amuses anyone, it's just a game
@Bullseye0901: I agree, Andy turned out to be extreme, not because he was not there and he never warned about his absence, but simply because he wanted to regain his place, which he really deserved, and as I understand it, there were no complaints from Robert about Andy as a boss. It's just that Nelly is a woman and Robert wants her, so he couldn't refuse. Although initially we were shown that it was Robert who knows how to manage everyone and even took away Joe's place. And it's a pity that the office didn't rally against Nellie and side with Andy, saying that he was their real regional manager.
@KormashovaE: Back in the previous episode, this topic was mocked when Jim tried to convey to everyone that Nelly was not their manager. And no one supported. Which once again suggests that they are all selfish there and think only about their own skin.
😡 What is this one ... Does Mademoiselle allow herself?? In short, the classic situation with a self-indulgent boss who brings idiots closer to himself. Andy was right to leave. In such a team, where no one can intercede, everyone can be bribed, and even discuss intimate life - run, forest, run. It would be possible to set fire to everything) It is clear that some excessive gentleness in such things is unacceptable; when instincts come out in the first place in the team, the natural struggle takes over... Andy lost it.
I'm glad: the unity of Erin and Andy, that's the real team) in my opinion, it's so perfect only in the movies. But it's nice)
It's so strange, when Andy first appeared, I couldn't stand him! And now I love him with all my heart, I did the right thing by leaving, it was very unpleasant for me to watch how he was humiliated.
It's a pity that Will Farrell was not left on a permanent basis then) the rigmarole with managers gets boring. I was waiting for Erin's character development, and somehow she got stuck completely in her stupidity that I couldn't fall in love with her. But Jenna Fischer is love! Sometimes there are super scenes where she plays just fantastically.💔
I'm really burning up with a couple of Kelly and Ryan. Kelly is such a Russian woman, as long as the cute one would be around, and it doesn't matter what kind of person he is.
God, what nonsense. A woman on the left came and said, "Oh, an empty office! I'm the manager now" and no one has done anything about it. Andy doesn't seem to be a stranger to them.
Just trash. It's been a long time since I've been bombed like this! The worst episode of the series for me! This scourge of Nelly and Ryan is terribly annoying, it just makes me sick. And the situation with discussing personal life is just trash! It wasn't funny at ALL. And this Robert is infuriating, just spineless🤢
Sometimes I write fan fiction about the X-men universe. Captain Mutato is half human, half Russian. He is cruel to bandits like a man, gentle in bed like a mermaid. Almost every fanfiction describes the latter.
"yes, it didn't work out with her, but for me it would be better if she was alone than with someone.. Is this love?" * Jim carries Pam away from this terrible man on his arm*
In fact, after watching the entire series, I can say (without spoilers) one thing. Yes, it's a TV series, an artistic fiction. But nevertheless, despite the apparent "friendship" and "humanity" in some places in some moments, it is shown how a society without moral/spiritual principles, putting only its well-being and peace of mind, is able to be cowardly, wash its hands of a really unfair, stupid situation when it is possible to bribe witnesses for crimes, manipulate desires and instincts in fact, only Pam and Jimm somehow the whole series is an island of logic in an ocean of madness, but they (like all people) are prone to falling, momentary weakness, but still try to be better and for the truth, especially together (to teach Dwight's stupid pomposity and save it's from him (a couple of episodes ago), trying to reason with Kelly and not let Nellie be humiliated, despite her fantastic audacity). A couple of episodes ago, in the comments, everyone was delighted with how the whole office rallied for Andy to get a tattoo on his ass and then still did not expect him to agree, everyone's mood lifted ... but for a minute, it's like a pack of dogs or a school class - they unite and rejoice when they could someoneThat's to kill, the event is the same! A sight. Paradoxically, in this case there is a union... in spirit. Cowardly, selfish and indifferent to each other. Perhaps this is a problem of our modern society as a whole. When we are all kind of individuals, we can communicate with each other even thousands of kilometers away on the air... and we are left alone. We are indifferent to the grief and joy of those who even work and live next to us… Yes, in this series there is no cruelty, dirt, everything here is exaggerated absurdly, shown is like how not to act, and almost every character (as if the personification of certain vices) it is ridiculed, brought to the point of absurdity sometimes! And it's catchy, yes. Why this speech? I don't know, it just became clearer and clearer with each episode.
Because this is an "office", and the screenwriters clearly make it clear that the people who work here are only colleagues and not friends at all. Actually, that's why the jokes in all the series are built in such a way that you understand that friends can't afford this in relation to each other. And without these jokes, and such behavior from the characters of such a series would simply not have happened.
I started shaking when Nellie said her "no" to requests to leave Andy's office. Also in such a purring tone...
Robert began to create a completely different impression. When he first appeared, I perceived him as a man of mystery, but still a wise man. And now he seems like a clown to me.
Has Dwight already forgotten that he supposedly has a child? So many episodes have already passed...
I was so glad when Erin rebuffed Nellie. When will she be kicked out of this position??
I was amused that Ryan's poems really turned out to be heartbreaking))
Not that I loved Jen very much, but in this episode I really wanted her to suddenly come and insert branded cunts for everyone, as it was in the very first seasons.
I really didn't want to write this, but after this episode I can't hold back anymore. The series has really dropped in quality. The extremely depressing and poor work of the screenwriters is very striking
It started to annoy me that from episode to episode the characters change their minds and do illogical things. Take Jim, for example. This is one of my favorite characters on the show. Smart, kind, with a good sense of humor, who could stand up for himself with words. And he has already become very weak-willed and completely independent for a season and a half. He didn't have the courage to throw Katie out the door himself, although he had every right to do so. He seemed to be categorically against the new boss in the person of Nelly, and after a series he accepted her because, you see, the magician had thrown her in the past. Why the fright? Hello, Jim, she just came and took the place that Andy takes for a second. He's your friend. He refused to fire you a couple of episodes ago. And you didn't even support him when he came back. I'm disappointed.
The whole office in the last episode talked about how they hate Nelly, but in this one they can't side with their colleague, with whom they have been working for many years, no one just cares. It's a shame. Even Daryl, whom Andy talked out of quitting, whom Andy supported in a difficult situation.
Michael left and the creators of the series decided to replace him with a galaxy of psychos and the degradation of old characters, but it doesn't work. Michael used to be responsible for almost the entire kringe, but you understood him, you understood what motivates him and why he is like this. And all the new characters in the show after him, they're just like that on their own. And they are very annoying. Michael had a kind heart and, despite all the trash, he did a lot of good things for others. He appreciated everyone (except Toby), loved with his strange love. And from here there was a feeling that this was one big family. And now it's just a group of mercenaries who don't care who their boss is or how he treats someone. This is not the kind of office I fell in love with
