But the screenwriters did not think much, they mixed everything: vengeful villains, terrorists, secret societies, treasures, cunning murders, special services, emancipation, amazing inventions, love and betrayal, psychos and maniacs, corruption and politics - for every taste. As, in fact, the plots - from academic and forensic hermetic murders to adventure-adventurous catch-up with shooting. The only significant drawback, in my opinion, is the annoying heel in the credits. A lot of minor inconsistencies and anachronisms did not annoy at all, because everything was done without severe seriousness, clearly jokingly, one might say, funny. It is interesting and pleasant to watch. A good-quality, but without pretensions, light entertainment. And a lot!
I really like the head of the station, Thomas Breckenried, a colorful Yorkshireman with a well-aimed and juicy tongue, the most lively, vivid and original image, just an ornament of the series.
Well, I expected more. It's a little boring so far. I'll watch a couple more episodes, if it doesn't drag on, then I won't watch. You really expect something exciting and extraordinary when you see a series that has been running for 10+ seasons and continues to be filmed to this day.
