Hmm, that is, the Hollywood star's agent, who obviously worked with her for more than one year, and all this time maintained a completely professional relationship, and who of all people should be fully aware that she is married/dating/just sleeping with a dude running for the Senate, suddenly decided Stop hitting on her? under some incredibly far-fetched pretext? Yeah... It seems to me that the scriptwriters just wanted to demonstrate what Madame Mask could do, but they couldn't think of a better reason...
@DigitalAudioTape: I got the impression that he's a director. What does the studio care if the agent "leaves"? he could have molested her a long time ago.
@Ekaterina4: maybe so. although Whitney Frost's reaction suggests otherwise. it just wasn't shown anywhere in the series, so the whole scene looked like... Well, not exactly out of the blue, but very, very unnatural, as far as I'm concerned.
When she swallowed it up in the end, for some reason I thought she was going to rejuvenate, she was still looking at the mirror like that...... but no)
@geenicotine: I looked through Wikipedia - the original Mask is noticeably different from the serial version, it looks like the scriptwriters have updated her image quite well.
@h8r: Yes, I've also just gone over the history of the comic character, there really isn't much left. And the reference to Hedy Lamarr was obviously invented by the writers of the series, which makes me happy, I admire this woman myself.
Ahhhhh!!! Stark is making his first comic book movie!!! :) And I also have a feeling that his laboratory is terribly similar to the one that his son will have later. Although the house is obviously not the same. When the agent came to say that they had decided to change the star, but for some reason I thought for a second that they had decided to change her to Peggy. By the way, her fighting style is still the best! No beauty or graceful movements, but efficiency and results :) A very good series. Whitney Frost's "Sobbing" is five. I have a feeling that her husband underestimates her too.
@Doctor_Joker: I really like Peggy/the Doctor. Finally, a character worthy of Peggy has appeared. He recognizes her power, is not afraid of her, and he is not a fool himself.
Peggy, I think, became more confident in herself, because by the end of the first season, she was recognized by many people.
All TV shows would be as thoughtful as Agent Carter. I'm glad to see Howard, I can't get enough of Jarvis, and I'm just incredibly happy with the abundance of Easter eggs.
@OutKing: Jarvis, who does not want to remain a disembodied voice, a stained glass window in the form of an arc reactor, Howard adapts a real-life Marvel comic (and, funnily enough, says that his character really existed, i.e. it's like with the Captain America comics in their universe). You can also attribute Stark's phrase about fondue to Easter eggs, referring to the "First Avenger". I might have forgotten something else, it's been a week since I watched it.
@Ekaterina4: I immediately remembered Isombi, where they said that shooting a series about zombies with the main character of zombies is a terrible idea :D
@Geist-Luft: I thought of "X-Men: Apocalypse" (the third film from the new "X-Men"), where Jin says: "The third film in the franchise is always the worst" :D
@Margadon: Yes, it's a funny moment. But he has nothing to worry about, then his voice will become Ultron :) (or whatever the name of the dude that came after him is)
Every time I think Thompson is finally going to do the right thing, he does something stupid. The series was generally pleased with the endless references to comics in general, and to the "present" time in movivers. Of course, Jarvis was especially pleased, not wanting to remain a disembodied voice :D
@pantherauncia: So Thompson ended up doing something stupid and was able to get inside the club, so everything turned out even for the best. Now I think he'll figure out what's what and spy for Carter.
This season is clearly more interesting than the first one. Hurry up or something. It is interesting to observe how the journey to another planet began. Who is behind this. Still, it's good that the Agents and Carter are intertwined in the plot. Hmm... Or am I confused?
It's a great series. I really like references to other Avengers and other times. The phrases of Howard and Jarvis are just great, and humorous, and to the point.
@Delfina: It looks like you're right, it wasn't until after your comment that I realized why the emphasis was on stained glass. Thank you for your attention.
I watched the episode this morning, and now I realize that I didn't remember anything except the appearance of Howard Stark))) No, there was Jarvis's admission that Howard was a good employer after all, Peggy's admission that he was a good person and friend, Dr. Wilkes' admission that Stark was a genius. I have a slight overdose of Howard: his inflated conceit, jokes, smiles, insane genius, hectic search for a solution took up all the airtime, displacing the rest of the plot for me))) Still, he is inimitable!
I always thought that Tony was a little more brilliant than his father, but now I started to doubt it, Tony has new knowledge, modern technology, and Stark Jr. is less hectic (maternal genes or Pepper's daily backbreaking work?), so he just finishes what he started a little more often))) They are both good, so I think the world would not stand their joint creations)))
Jarvis: Warning you are not authorized to access this area. -- Terrifying. -- It's a temporary measure. I've no desire to spend the rest of time as a disembodied voice.
The series began to play with new colors with Howard. I really missed him) In general, I really like the ideological line and the plot of this season, and especially the way it echoes the events of the last season of the Shield. Peggy and Jarvis, Peggy and Suza, I love these duets. The Doctor is certainly not a bad character, but somehow their relationship is not impressive. And a hotel bonus for references to the LC and Jarvis' voice)
Marvel: - We gave Peggy and Wilkes a passionate kiss in the second episode. How do I make sure they can't kiss anymore? So that the shippers don't get too excited. "Kill him!" - OK. But it's needed for the plot... - Then bring it back! "But like then... with kisses? - Make him a disembodied ghost!
@Kostyurik: Unlikely, of course...Most likely, "Strange" will focus more on magic. At least that's what they're announcing. But about the rest... anyway, thanks)
@Detelict: In season 1 of Agents, when Coulson was saving his ex from her ex, he had Dark Matter in him, which took the light that was nearby, and even the energy from people, making them cold
How can an actor be so annoying? Moreover, in any role. I'm talking about Chad Michael Murray. What's in One Tree Hill, what's here in Thompson's role. Ar.
Waaaaah!!!Stark is making his first comic book movie, it's so cool, he's doing great!!!! I keep thinking that Thompson is finally going to do the right thing, he's doing something stupid. Of course, Jarvis was pleased, not wanting to remain a disembodied voice.
I was wondering when we'd finally see Stark again. "A comic book movie is a terrible idea" 🤣 And why is Jarvis on 1/16 Turks? Why not, say, a Persian? "Burying the truth and getting a medal"-yeah, well Peggy touched him. He probably regrets opening up to her, but it's his own fault-he shouldn't have been blinded by power. I wonder if he made a copy of the film.

112it's funny that they introduced a scientist in a semi-ghostly state)

Actually, there's something about Peggy this season, she's kind of roughened up, cooled down, or something.
But Stark is the nicest. Jarvis is out of competition. It's a pity without his wife this time :((
Peggy, I think, became more confident in herself, because by the end of the first season, she was recognized by many people.

we have neither black nor colored...")))

I wonder how Carter will be returned, the case is closed, + she missed the flight
Oh, if only he knew how close xD was to the truth.
And finally Howard Stark showed up :) Although it looks like it's only for one episode so far.
It is interesting to observe how the journey to another planet began. Who is behind this. Still, it's good that the Agents and Carter are intertwined in the plot.

anyway, thanks)
I am (37 minutes 02 seconds) the reactor in Tony Stark's chest is painted on the window)))
But my OTP is Kartinelli (Peggy + Angie)

A superscene where Stark checks Peggy for matter by magnetizing a pen, thermometer and... a bottle)))

Jarvis's voice.
