I am both touched and upset by the fact that Cordelia really loves Xander, and much more than he loves her (if he loves her at all, given the fact that he still pines for Buffy)...

@KILLJOYNASTICORN: Xander is pining for Buffy, Willow is pining for Xander (or vice versa is getting wet), Cordelia loves Xander, Buffy loved Angel, but he broke her heart, Giles loved Jenny, but she is dead. It seems like a series about vampires and other monsters, but the love lines are twisted in the best traditions of soap operas.

The attitude towards these winners was infuriating. I had a lot of fun watching Buffy beat up that guy in the car!

Honestly, the relationship between Xander and Cordelia is very good. I really didn't expect Cordelia to like Xander so much that she would even love him like a monster.
