@KILLJOYNASTICORN: What does an Angel have to do with it? Jailbait is the name given to minors who nevertheless look old enough and sexually attractive.
I'm tired of this Willow-Xander-Oz-Cordelia-Faith polygon. Angles are added to it as new characters appear in the series. Not characters, but all dogs in the manger - it seems that they have decided who loves whom, but they are still jealous of everyone.
Only Oz is adequate, he likes Uil and he doesn't care about other women. Respect Ram.
@ Hierarch: I agree, it seems like when Cordy and Oz found out about Xander and Wil, they could be together. No, they abruptly stopped feeling the attraction and became friends again. And Willow just wanted Oz back, and now she's crying. I understand that she was in love with Xander for a long time, but why didn't they try to be together when they could?
As a librarian, I am surprised every time how Giles gives out books, then scans with some kind of funny scanner, which hardly existed at that time. I've put the seals on now. No one puts a seal every time a book is issued, that's how many seals there would be in the book, not a letter can be read 😂
And as a librarian, this does not surprise me 😂 Because in America (and other countries) they put stamps with dates on the form. And there was nothing surprising in the barcode/ISBN scanner at that time either. There, it seems, there were also "anti-theft" racks at the entrance once. It's all hopelessly behind us and we manually write the return dates and fill out the forms.
Damn, Faith, what the...? It remains to be hoped that she decided to ingratiate herself into the mayor's confidence in order to find out his secrets, and then, together with Buffy, hit him.
I don't understand why Willow is crying because of Xander and his troubles with Faith, it was already so obvious that Xander started messing with Willow only because he got bored with Cordelia, and then when nothing happened, he quickly forgot his short flirtation with Willow, although he knew perfectly well that Willow was in love with him and you could at least discuss it with her. The only person who behaves with maximum dignity is Oz, he forgave Will and gave her a second chance, and other girls besides Willow are not interested in him. And somehow this whole situation is not very beautiful in relation to him.
@MoneyBarney: I was generally pissed off by Xander because he was dragging behind every skirt. Will was in love with him, yes, but he tried to hit on Buffy, then Cordelia, then Will, Faith. Well, in short, the guy is very strange.
People do that. There was a big first love for the guy, it didn't work out. I met someone else, he's fine. Then you find out something about the ex, and emotions take over - I cried for what could have been, but it didn't work out. Specifically here Willow does not betray Oz, she behaves like an ordinary person.
Actually, this is what makes Buffy different from many other TV series, here you can trace the ambiguity of human actions in the characters, and not "the screenwriters f * * * ing", but close to life, to human feelings, psychology.
I've always felt sorry for Faith that she stepped on a slippery slope. And so everything started well and there is no excuse for her, of course, but she still likes the character: she is so bright, groovy, does not obey the rules, in general, cool)
