@VITIV: I agree with you. I still like Rick and Morty, but there really isn't enough humor. There was more tin, and LITERALLY tin, not that I mind, but there used to be a different kind of tin. It was felt not in the ruptured intestines or meat sausage, but in some actions of the characters, emotionality, and motivation of these actions. And there was more banter and black humor. This series is not bad in principle, but what is the plot of the series based on? The problem is that our dear Rick didn't want to go to a therapist. And then there's a whole funnel of jokes about "brain doctors." As far as I'm concerned, it's a weak tie, kind of mundane or something. It's too early to judge the season, but I hope that the humor will still be delivered with a vengeance.

The series is starting to repeat itself a bit, there is no longer the wow effect that haunted the entire first season, and the sparkle of the second season is not felt.
The series is still great, I hope future episodes will make me change my mind, but for now it seems to me that this is the first bell that it won't get any better.

@VITIV: Of course, I did laugh, because I love laughter in general. and the first episode is very cool because of the raft twist (and the voice of Nathan Fillon). but I have a very disturbing feeling that something in the series is broken. It's as if they jumped a little higher than they needed to and became more drama than absurdity. that is, the conflict became more serious and pretentious, more like the series they parodied in the first seasons. in almost every episode, Rick seems to be shouting "waba-laba-dab-dab", which, as we know, means "I'm in a great pain, help me!" in the bird language, his actions are becoming more chaotic and desperate, this is an attempt to forget nafig and at some point the moment should break through. and I'm worried about this very moment. because he shouldn't destroy our image of Rick as a showy, rude jerk (who is actually very attached to his family). because if he has a nervous breakdown and he tells everyone in person how much he loves everyone, then he will need to take these words into account in further episodes, this cannot just be forgotten here, because this is not a sitcom where the series are almost not interconnected and what happened in the previous ones it does not affect subsequent episodes in any way.

and yes, despite the fact that Pickle Rick is a very dynamic and interesting series, there is some kind of connection here.. Is she weak or something? Rick turns himself into a pickle in order not to go to a therapist and gets out of this situation - ahem, OK.. Oh, I happen to agree with the previous speaker on this.

In short, I don't know, I have mixed feelings and I'm very worried about the quality. I hope they can handle the height they're aiming
for, because the superhero series is kind of weird, too
. My reaction to these episodes is very similar to "funny by inertia," that's what hurts.
