Um, I don't understand why this movie was needed at all - everything ended up almost the same as in the series finale, only we saw the hundredth breakup with Big, another breakup with Steve and a completely unnecessary drama. In general, yes, I agree with the comment above - the same thing.

Come on, girls, don't be boring. The film was released 4 years after the series, many missed the characters and were glad to see them (as indicated by the commercial success of the film and the release of the second one), I did not notice any terrible coincidences. The problem of fatigue, lack of sex and subsequent infidelity in the series were not disclosed, otherwise then all 6 seasons were about the same thing. In addition, Big's scam was also not so formulaic. Both wanted a quiet wedding for two, but "something went wrong", both freaked out and left out of the blue. The whole situation resonated with me, especially as her friends supported her and were close to her in Mexico. And in general, the existence of the film justifies at least Kerry in different wedding dresses, you could be happy for the person)))

Advice to everyone who will watch this movie (and maybe the second one!), watch in the original! With Russian subtitles.
Of. dubbing added some insincerity and artificiality, affectation to the characters. And the voices are not the same as they were in the series:(
I stood it for only 10 minutes, then turned on the subtitles)) It's much better this way. Yes, and there are some moments, jokes that have not been translated at all, or their meaning has been distorted.

Damn, I don't know, but I really liked the movie.
Such a soulful one. The heroes of the series have become so fond of them that it is impossible not to worry about this life for them) I watched everything, it's already sad somehow. I will miss them)

А я думаю что ситуация с Самантой притянута за уши, она уже была уже супер нагуленная к 45 годам к встрече со Смитом, помогла ему обрести успех, и они прекрасно уживались когда он еще в сериале уезжал на месяц, она вела активную жизнь, он приезжал к ней со съемок а сделать ее снова озабоченной одиночкой в 50 лет от того она оклушилась дома, ну такая как Саманта не оклушилась бы и явно 5 лет бы не терпела чтоб сказать что ей что-то не нравится, не понравился этот момент.

История с Бигом тоже из пальца высосана, типа вот он то прежний ужасный человек из первых сезонов сериала, то ведет себя как недоделанный принц.

Радость за Шарлотту)

Миранде ИЗМЕНИЛ муж и у нее развалилась семья, а Керри в ОЧЕРЕДНОЙ РАЗ кинул Биг, но крутятся все вокруг Керри. Миранда сказала глупость на обеде и сорвала этим свадьбу Керри!? Не потому что Биг - мудак и эгоист!? Короче, ещё в сериале бесила Керри со своими детскими проблемами, в фильме лучше не стало.

Ну это, конечно, чистый фан сервис))) У Кэрри проблемы с Бигом, у Миранды со Стивом, Шарлотта счастлива в браке, Саманта «не создана для моногамии» (их пара со Смитом за весь сериал была единственной любимой 💔😭)

И порой смотрела и думала: это вообще фильм? Потому что больше похоже на компиляцию серий

А еще, стиль поздних нулевых - лютый треш( мода в сериале была на голову выше

Не могу сказать, что фильм мне совсем не понравился, но расставание Саманты со Смитом - это просто ужасно. Это моя самая любимая героиня сериала и моя самая любимая пара. Они просто созданы друг для друга.

Ну и сам сериал был как-то душевнее, пожалуй.

P.S. Сцены с примеркой нарядов просто чудесные. =))

Вообще затея со свадьбой выглядит как-то неискренне, только из-за чьих-то проблем и чьих-то чужих неудач решить выйти замуж. У каждого своя жизнь и свои решения и их последствия. Также каждый создаёт свою семью и решает какой она будет.

И все-таки не понимаю Вашего негатива, но я очень понимаю Мистера Бига, я бы тоже сдрейфила в таком случае и не хотела бы такого на свадьбе, которая планировалась изначально наоборот. Кэрри прекрасно это понимала изначально, но пошла на волю других.

Мне кажется, что создатели слишком пытались в какую-то философию и психологию, но с Кэрри это выглядит как-то «дёшево». Не разобраться в ситуации и делать выводы, односторонние если что. Всегда есть две стороны и есть компромиссы, если люди готовы на них.

Касательно Миранды. Я очень понимаю её, но никто даже не может знать, как он себя поведёт в случае измены, все зависит от многих факторов. Это чудовищно, но непредсказуемо.
Только Кэрри в некоторых моментах выглядит нелепо и слишком глупо.

Фильм вызвал эмоций не меньше как за весь сериал в принципе. И это было насыщено так будто бы это не просто фильм, а новый сезон вообще. Понятно, что любовь это штука сложная, странная и порой трудно поддающаяся логике, но мне кажется здесь всё сложилось как раз так как было нужно. В меру глупостей, в меру шуток и всего прочего... Это достойное продолжение. Это красивый фильм!

А мне понравился фильм. Получился очень душевным. Подарок для фанатов, которые соскучились по любимым героям. Очень сладко, конечно, не спорю, но, согласитесь, иногда нам в жизни нужные такие фильмы :)

The film is secondary, nothing new has happened, but you can watch it to close this topic already. Louis was very cool, super character, friends were very cool (except for misogynistic jokes about being overweight, hairy, etc., I'm just in shock. If your friends are losing consciousness from your +5 kilos...I watched this moment three times to understand what the problem was in general, I thought Samantha got pregnant), especially their reaction to John at the wedding, the actresses played just incredibly). Well, the apogee жарти jokes about getting drunk, for this it was worth making a film in 4 years...Happy for Charlotte, in the end it is she (strange, no?) was able to build the most normal relationships.

Мне нравится этот фильм, но какие-то странные моменты в нем проскальзывают: во-первых, у Саманты малюсенькая складочка, и они уже решили, что она жирная. Маленькая складочка в 50! Это при том, что у миранды как раз-таки неплохой животик появился, который виден в обтягивающих платьях, но ей никто ничего не говорил. Во-вторых, нам в сериале прказали развитие Саманты как персонажа, а здесь она опять страдает, потому что не может заполучить чужой член.
Керри, конечно, все такая же, мозгов не прибавляется, все как шестнадцатка.
Миранда молодец, что сразу не простила Стива, он хоть будет бояться ее потерять. Но и она поняла, что на мужа забивать нельщя.
Ну а Джон - это жесть, так мерзко он никогда не поступал за все 6 сезонов сериала. И она опять, дура такая, его простила. Токсичные, зависимые отношения
