@Gevorg: and what makes you think that someone is waking someone up? Or is someone waking up? Is there an opinion that Zion is the second level of the matrix? And That Morpheus is a program. So based on this, I would venture to assume that the person simply moved to another level of the matrix after the jump, and he was not looking for Morpheus (as Neo did) And Neo is just that. Therefore, the person in the second film thanks them: Neo you saved me, and Neo answers: no, you saved yourself.
