It's getting better, but the impressions are still blurred.
First of all, what kind of gloom and depression was it at the very beginning?
Secondly, it's not very funny for a kind of comedy.
Thirdly, for the series entitled "Tick", it was Tick who played too small a role. It can be written out of the narrative quite painlessly.

When the main villain says something like "idiots, I was trying to save the world, not take over" a moment before the elimination, it's sudden.
Are Superian's motives so pure? Is Terror really evil?

The fact that the season was split into two parts has noticeably spoiled it. You can't give a denouement after six months. I hope the second season will be released immediately.

I have not formed an unambiguous opinion. There is not as much trash and fumes as we would like, and in general there is noticeably less madness than in the animated series. Although, looking at the quality of the graphics used, you can understand why - the budget is clearly small and every minute counts. Nevertheless, the series looks smooth and does not cause any disgust.
