Some good TV shows have started to close....sadly. Now this one, in a year the American family will be shut down....What are we going to watch?! Although real TV fans will always have something to watch..... or review. ;)
@Actiregularis: There are other ABC family sitcoms left: The Goldbergs, The Difficulties of Assimilation, Black-ish, Speechless. Although it can be worse, it remains loved.
@dandanych: I did not like this alteration of the "Big Repair" in general, it is quite specific. Constant discussion of politics, dim-witted and weird daughters. No. The big renovation was cool, but this alteration is a parody of the wrong thing.
@Armoricaking: assimilation is a buzz, I reviewed it not so long ago, now, here are the Hacks))) the match is cool, but for me it's for once, the first season just went in, then even xs... blackish, too, for once, I still haven't found the final one anywhere, I should have looked for the season. Also, by the way, American Housewife, also recently reviewed, agony. Oh, when I was raising Hope, I also reviewed it, and everyone hates Chris, and why do I write about reviewing every time)))
A wonderful touching ending! One of the few series that has kept the bar high throughout all seasons. Thank you for 9 years of humor and family life lessons
9 wonderful years!! One of the soulful, family series that you can watch with the whole family without being afraid of awkward scenes or something like that!
I will miss you and I will definitely review it someday!
One of the most beloved TV series! Don't think it's crazy, but I've reviewed it (5-6 times from and to) and I'll review it) Indeed, it is ideal for viewing with the whole family, no obscenities (well, except for Frankie and Mike sometimes playing pranks somewhere off-screen), a light atmosphere, even deaths and other troubles were filled with love and family warmth, which was why it was not so sad. Much has been shown about the lives of ordinary American families, much has been exaggerated, but nevertheless it is very interesting) In each episode for 9 seasons there was something / whom / with whom to laugh, how many TV shows can boast of this? "Orson is a pearl in the very heart" - short about the series) In general, I love the series immensely, I cried for all 40 minutes, the most excellent ending: sincere conversations in the car, Frankie crying in bed in the dark, Mike with a watch and "grab the phones, I'll pay", Axel, wondering why his brother does not succumb to the general hysteria about his departure, Sue and Shoooonnnnnnn (sorry of course, that they were connected only in the last episode, I would like to see their sweetest relationship).
Everything was wonderful, sincere, touching and I will definitely review it in a few days!))
I had been worried for Sean and Sue for a long time that they would never get together, so everything was painful for me. But somehow it's crumpled up at the end... Although the fact that he rushed all the way from the airport really touched me, I cried from that moment.
How I'm going to miss them! A wonderful series that has never failed. I will definitely review it more than once! They have become like family for so many years! Thank you so much for finishing so beautifully and not dragging it out for a few more seasons. Everything is clear, logical, and this only brings joy to the soul! Thanks for the happy ending!
Sad ending: (Goodbye, Hecky. P.S. I hoped that Sue would still be with Sean, Axel would take his girlfriend with him. P.S. P.S. The perfect ending is that everyone "flew apart" and found their place. Still, I wanted to see how Brick would socialize in college.
A good series and a great ending. Everything is logical and in moderation. I was just waiting for Axel to rise up in business, to become important. But he's still a Heckler) I was very pleased with "We finally became Donahue" =)))))))
PS. And it seems to me, or is one of Axel's children very similar to Glossner?)
I remember starting watching it 9 years ago for one simple reason. I really love Scrubs, and the head of the family is a legendary cleaner from there. At first, I had a threesome in the Middle, it was a passing family series, but over time it gained momentum and gained my sympathy as well. The hecks became like family, and the series did not lower the bar until the finale and remained one of the best family comedy series in history.) I eventually gave up Modern Femely, but with Hacks to the end. In my opinion, 9 seasons is a perfectly acceptable result and the series has left at the right point. P.S. Viva la Heki, gentlemen!
Work has begun on the pilot series of the spin-off, which will focus on Sue: http://deadline.com/2018/05/the-middle-spinoff-starring-eden-sher-sue-abc-1202400167 / If the series is ordered, it will not start until 2019 at the earliest.
I'm wary of spinoffs. Because the first spinoff I saw was the friends spinoff, and it was terrible (Joey). But the TBV spinoff about Sheldon's childhood is a song!!! That's why I'm really looking forward to Sue :)
It's strange that Hacks are still catching on and I'll definitely review it. Because he's so kind and sweet. And the American family has also stopped catching on, as well as many here in the comments.
Damn, I cried. Just like youth is over)) I thought he'd keep going until Brick went to college. But, probably, you also need to leave on time. Sue is cool, of course, but I doubt she'll pull off a full-fledged spin-off. The whole joke was in the combination of their characters. But maybe it will work))) if all the others will appear periodically. It's still better than nothing at all.
This series has been with me for the last 5 years and now an era has passed, there is not a single boring episode in the series. I really don't want to say goodbye, but it has to be done sometime.
Damn, I didn't know it was closing. Therefore, when the future life was shown at the end of the episode, I was a little stunned. Well, in my opinion, you could tell us more about your future life. Otherwise, in fits and starts. He became so many children. I would like more details.
One of the few remaining old men with a high level has closed. And this saddens me for the reason that I don't see a replacement for him yet ( But it seems like you can expect a spin-off about Sue. I hope so.
It was beautiful, Sean and Sue...Well, more like just sean - ❤️ I'll definitely review the story of the Heckos) and it doesn't often happen that the series is over and there's such a warm feeling from the ending.
The ending turned out to be very kind. I could barely keep from crying at the end. I'm happy for Sue! She and Sean are finally together. And Brick's dream came true. So funny in that beard) And Axel. He lives with his copies now, huh)) I was also very happy to see crazy Ashley) And all the other characters. We said goodbye to everyone very well. Oh, I'm so used to them. 9 amazing, incredible seasons! I'm going to miss this crazy family. Thank them for everything!
I remember how this series dragged me down a couple of years ago and saved me from depression. I was a thousand kilometers away from my family for a year, overwhelmed with problems, and then the Hekki gave me this missing warmth. They seemed to be fictional stories and characters, but it really warmed my heart, and every time I returned to the new season with love. It's really, really unfortunate that the series ended, but as mentioned above, few series end so logically and sweetly, so although it's a pity that this is the end, it's beautiful. Thank you, Hecky <3
It's always very hard for me to watch the last episode of my favorite TV series, especially when you've been watching it for several years and all the characters become family. It's like you're a family member, an office employee, a drug business partner, or a doctor at a clinic. It's very sad to watch the last episode, especially when it's very touching. Of course, there wasn't as much precipitation as when watching the last episode of The Office, but it's also good that we didn't end up like Mike and Molly (imho). The only thing I didn't like about the last episode was the terrible graphics of the last scene. I would so much like to see the camera descending on the road between the corn fields and the inscription "the Middle" in the finale, and think that the camera will descend even lower, and there Frankie jumps with the phone and you relive everything. But alas and ah...
I'll never forget this family, for so many years with this series. Saying goodbye is always hard, but the time has come. Heki, thanks for everything. It's good that there are such really kind and sincere series that make you feel warm after watching.
The ending was very crumpled, of course. And it's incredibly sad to realize that the series that I've been watching for four years just ended like that.
I recently watched a movie with Mark Wahlberg, "Family Quick." There, the actor playing Axel has a cameo role and there's a scene in which he tells Wahlberg's character, "Buddy, I actually have four kids." Then I thought again: Axel won't have four children in "It Happens worse" for sure))
It's one of the best TV shows where the last few seasons haven't gone bad for me. I cry because it's like ripping off a small part of something good. There will be other series, stories, and families, but I will love and remember the Hecks)
"Indiana Mobile has a family plan for a reason. Because the family should be together. No matter what.." The Hakes have been around for many years, it was nice to come back to them like a warm blanket. As for family, friends, and people you've known for a long time and are worried about. I was worried that the ending would turn out to be somehow different, that the storyline with Sue and Sean would not be closed, that there would be a feeling of incompleteness, as after watching some TV series. But it was great. I cried for almost the entire forty minutes. The scene where Axel leaves the house for the last time reminded me a little of my Friends' favorite ending)) I am very glad that all the Hacks got their happily ever after. It would be fun to watch them a little more, but sometimes you have to say goodbye... I'll miss you guys!
I didn't want to watch the end for a long time, because I was afraid and didn't want to lose such a great series. But they coped with the fact that it was fine, so they ended it, of course, there were questions about the Block, did he marry his girlfriend? But we can guess for ourselves. And this is the series that I will review more than once, and it's with those people with whom you want to share the good stuff! I love you Hecky, you gave me a lot of good emotions and I want to name my son Axel!)
Thank you, very warmly and sincerely. I'll definitely want to review it one day. Sue was so annoying in the beginning, but in the end it was hard not to get infected by her energy and cheerfulness, if she still believes that she will succeed, then why shouldn't I?) Axel, a slacker with a capital letter, found a good job, and generally settled in well in life, so will I succeed?) Well, Blok, a strange boy, became a famous writer, so why can't I?) Probably, despite the fact that the plot is quite depressing for most of the series, in the end, it helps to understand that nothing is impossible and believe in yourself.
I watched the series for the second time. He's so cool! What kind of soulful heckles, my dear! I watched the last episode and cried again, it all ended so wonderfully! One of the best endings of the series! An example to everyone else.
I delayed watching the last episode because I really didn't want to say goodbye, but still this moment has come ... this is a wonderful finale to a wonderful series! There are a lot of TV shows that tell the story of a family.. but can all these families become as close to us, as funny, as real!? I think not :) Hacks, I'm going to miss you very much.
P.S. Every time I make sure that I'm doing everything right when the long-running series ends and after the final episode I turn on to watch the very first episode, see which way the project went.
From Frankie's exit from the car to the end, I sat all in tears. How cool they are!!! And Sue and Sean finally, although it's a pity that they were brought together only at the end and not allowed to enjoy at least a little bit of their relationship. And it's as if Sean and Sue were destined for each other at the very beginning of the series, if you remember her teenage crush on him and how Axel saved her from disgrace, although maybe then Sean would already know how Sue treats him, but then it just wasn't their time))) Well, in the second moment at the end that they broke up, my heart almost stopped😅 And how happy I am for each of them❤ The heckles have become so familiar that I want to review everything anew, in the beginning it seemed like an endless series, but time flew by unnoticed, episode after episode.
I watched the entire series in almost two weeks, watched enough funny clippings and didn't regret a single minute at all, it's so nice to watch how everyone grew up, changed in some ways, developed, but still remained with their own quirks. It's actually a wonderful series about growing up and having a real family, I'm going to miss the heckles.
A good, kind, family series! these are already native Hacks! You can review it with pleasure, the relevance is not lost. Recommended for viewing) *Sue and Sean's relationship is more twisted than in Turkish and Brazilian TV series🤪😅
I'm glad that everything turned out well for all the family members!) Sue finally got her way, but somehow Axl's relationship with Lexi wasn't fully revealed. 🤔 Anyway, I love you, I love you.
My favorite TV series, I watch it every year, and sometimes twice a year, when it gets really depressing :)) We finished with the same shot as episode 1 of season 1, a car driving off into the distance among the fields and a flying plane. When Frankie was dressed as super/Wonder Woman, her car was stolen in these fields. And on the screensaver for each episode is this road. In general, it is beautiful and symbolic that in the last episode the Hacks are leaving for her again.
Oh, I cried 💔🥹 this is the first TV series that I started watching knowing how many seasons there are in it. And I watched it in a couple of months. This is a very kind touching funny series. It's like I've lost a few friends. Thanks for the happy ending, they deserve it.
One of the best TV shows I've ever seen about family and their relationships. Over these 9 seasons, Mike, Frankie, Axl, Sue, and Block have become my family. And how I don't want to part, such a cool project came out. The main thing is that by the end the series did not slip, but even became deeper and more interesting in the topics raised there. Thanks, Hacks! ❤️ I think I'll review it again. A warm feeling of comfort and family... And the last episode is probably exactly what every child and parent goes through: letting a child go into adulthood. Damn touching...
Goodbye, the Heck family. i will miss. It's a pity that they kept us waiting for Sue and Sean for so long, it's a pity that Axl and Lexi weren't enough this season. In general, I don't like it when series end with the departure of one of the characters. But I'm glad that the series has held the bar for all 9 seasons.
@adeline666: The saddest thing is probably that Mike and Frankie haven't moved on. They were stuck in the same financial situation and didn't care even when they were freed from the hardships of parenthood. So it is unlikely that these people would have achieved success without children, and this is very sad.
What a gorgeous ending, symbolic, the forgotten blue bag, that cornfield, they drive through it, and it's where every episode of the series begins and the whispering block that says the last word, this is my favorite character whoop, I'm not lying
I'm almost crying for the whole 40 minutes, but I don't want the series to end. I really liked "It can be worse". Frankie said: as before, it will no longer be, the end of our era has come, you will all disperse. Mike: But that's how it's supposed to be! Mike's Golden words🥹🥹❤ Axel got what he deserved having three children of his own.🤣😂 Brick did well to become an author of books, he lived by these books.😊😍 although a bit strange Sue and Sean are beautiful, what a beautiful wedding they had, and what a beautiful dress Sue had, I liked her the most, it's a pity that they didn't show much about Sue and Sean, I understand that the family was the center and each of the characters created his own family! Frankie said it right, even though we didn't have much, we had a lot!🥰🥹🥹💔❤️🩹 It's a wonderful, kind series, I'll miss you.....
It's a very good series, despite the various blunders and holes in the plot, but the atmosphere itself makes you feel calm and peaceful, even though some situations are painfully absurd. 😌
I just watched all 9 seasons in 2 weeks in 2026. It's like I've become a part of this family, and it's sad that it's over. A great light TV series when you just turn off your brain, watch and relax!

128I miss this family already!
Although it can be worse, it remains loved.
It's a great series.
One of the few series that has kept the bar high throughout all seasons. Thank you for 9 years of humor and family life lessons
The series really kept up to par.
Funny, touching, sincere - it's all about "It can be Worse."
I will miss you and I will definitely review it someday!
Oddly enough, Brick looks good with a beard
Arsel as Dad is funny
And Sue finally got her happily ever after)))
Everything was wonderful, sincere, touching and I will definitely review it in a few days!))
This family will be greatly missed...There are only good memories left.
Heki, thanks for everything!
P.S. I hoped that Sue would still be with Sean, Axel would take his girlfriend with him.

Well, you can start watching it again, but. Nine seasons of The Middle, I'm coming to you!
I thought he'd keep going until Brick went to college.

A very touching farewell. I'll miss you!
But it seems like you can expect a spin-off about Sue. I hope so.
If anyone hasn't watched it, check out malcolm in the middle - a very similar series, in fact, the progenitor.
I've always wondered what it's like for actors to star in such series, what it takes for them not to burst into tears in the middle of the scene.
I'll definitely review the story of the Heckos) and it doesn't often happen that the series is over and there's such a warm feeling from the ending.
Beautifully closed. I will miss the characters of <3> very much.
Thank him for everything.
Oh, I'm so used to them. 9 amazing, incredible seasons! I'm going to miss this crazy family. Thank them for everything!
you be happy too!
I'm going to miss the Hacks so much!!!!!!

off for a long time, but in vain
