"We humans are so easily confused. So we buy pornography secretly. The look of Aziraphale and the customer says that, they say, what kind of morons. Poor Aziraphale, it's really hard with such bosses, and it's also hard to say how perfect they are.
Something tells me that everything would be fine with Adam, he would live a normal life for himself and no Apocalypse would be stirred up, but when these two appear with their positions and sides, problems will begin. Still, they managed to raise the second boy very doubtfully.
I really enjoyed all the moments with Crowley and Aziraphale in the book, but it was incredibly boring to read about all the other characters (may the fans of Pratchett and Gaiman forgive me). But in the series, all the minor characters are interesting to watch! The plot develops briskly, and everything looks very thoughtful and understandable. + I was worried that the series might be dark, but no, it's a very beautiful, vivid picture. In general, it's a pleasure to watch!
@di_lantana: I'm bored to watch. It was even more boring to read because Tennant and Sheen weren't there. Now I look at them with pleasure, but everything else... It seems like Britain, and the atmosphere, and the actors are my favorites, but it still doesn't really come in. I also liked the kids - I immediately wanted to be 11 again. And the same beautiful British accent))
This series is much better than the first one, even for those who have read the book and seem to already know all this, it is very fascinating to watch everything. I am pleased with the acting, everything is as it should be, I did not expect that Crowley would be shown threatening his plants, it's just fine, and other important little things are also shown, at the moment, as an adaptation of the book, everything is going well
You should take Crowley's example and fight with your plants. Anathema is wonderfully good, but unlike Pulcifer in the book, he's too cute. Cool movie adaptation!
Oh my God!! they even inserted a joke from the book, where Anathema was afraid of two strange men, but when Crowley said "Get in the car, angel," she thought that "they were one of them, and she was not in any danger" :D
really, the second series is already more lively than the first, or maybe you get used to the storytelling style) the only negative, in my opinion, is the bookish dialogues, and if Crowley and Aziraphale look cute and canonical, then I would like to hear something more lively from the children, but I hope they will continue to be revealed in the next episodes.)
I don't know if this War is changing, but it's awesome. Agnes is good too In the last scene, you can read some of the prophecies and try to remember from the book what they're spoiling - you can understand half of it.
Oh, what a wonderful cast! Everyone plays just fine and even corresponds to some of my personal ideas when reading a book. Oh, well, I'm not talking about a couple of Angels and a Demon at all, it's too cool. <3 P.S. The scene with the intimidation of fire plants!!
"I’ll never get this stain out". "You could miracle it away". "Yes, but… well, I would always know the stain was there. Underneath, I mean". Взгляд Азирафеля, когда Кроули сдувает пятно, бесценен.
How they outrun everyone in London and traffic with this car. :)
The reference to Steve Jobs is strange, but OK.
Local Mrs. Hudson with "My knees are not what they used to be. I'll make you tea." and the local Sherlock with "HE'S IN THE ARMY NOW. HE'LL MAKE HIMSELF SOME TEA." :')
"I'm a demon! I'm not nice!" "Sorry to break up an intimate moment. Can I help you?" The moment was really beautiful and something really wanted them to kiss. The couple is gorgeous. Barty Crouch Jr. slips into Tennant's facial expressions, but he's still adorable. All this expression. :) "Of course I'd call you! We're friends!" Their dynamics are wonderful.
It's incredibly boring to look at children and this witch.
@annkontsova: it wasn't a question, but an expression of joy, or something, but the information is good, thank you. Still, yes, it reminds me of Harry Potter. :)
David Tennant, intimidating plants, the humanization of War, Jack Whitehall (!), the witch with an iPad, Queen soundtracks, an indescribable general aesthetic and all this in one series. It's worth living for!
It's just the most amazing dialogue at the beginning of the episode.: "Can I help you?" - I would like to buy this tangible object. "a book." "a book." Let's discuss the purchase in private, because I want to buy... pornography. - pornography!
I like the way Queen's songs are chosen, very much in context. A dialogue about Armageddon? Please background These are the days of our lives. Bicycle Race during a trip with Anathema is more obvious, but still funny :)
I'm just shouting because Crowley has been trying to hide the fact that he's a cinnamon bun all series (at least in front of Aziraphale) And yes, the plant scene is great, just like Crowley's chairs (do you also take chairs from Versailles instead of Ikea to create a normal human trendy interior design?)
Detective Sarah Linden, you are a really complicated person... More precisely, the horseman of the apocalypse. Damn, I'm very glad to see her here, although it's hard to recognize this beautiful woman)
Gods, I laughed from the moment when Aziraphale and Crowley drove up to Tadfield Manor, and the first walked on the sidewalk and the second on the lawn: 'Such details are a pleasure!! <3
In my youth, and at the suggestion of another demon (he was wearing a green hat), I tried to listen to this velvet underground of yours, but I didn't understand anything. We should try again or something. And the series is good. And the War is awesome.
- He unconsciously protects himself from annoying occult forces. "Occult powers?" "From you and me." "I'm not occult!" Angels are not occult! We are ethereal...
@Ariassa: She didn't seem unhappy to me... but if you think about it, then yes, of course, the "family business" should not interfere with the upbringing of a child.
Crowley, who terrifies plants of Crowley so that they grow better, is simply amazing and brilliant. :D I have cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers on my balcony that have completely strayed from my hands, they are not particularly fruitful - should I go and inspire them with the fear of God? 😂😂😂
Adam's father seems very familiar to me. I've seen him somewhere before, in one of the British TV series, one hundred percent. Maybe in Sherlock/The doctor?🤔😀
@SophietheValiant: I was in the Doctor for sure, in one episode or something... I'm primarily familiar with him from the Ashes to Ashes series, where he has a recurring role for at least a season, or maybe two (I don't remember exactly).
To be honest, I didn't know it was from a book, especially from Gaiman and Pratchett, but I felt something so familiar, like never before. Now everything is falling into place 🙈
The episode ended on a call to the number with the number of the beast, I go to the mainshow to mark the viewing and see the rating of the episode: 4.666. This is clearly a sign, however, it is doubtful that it is good. :)))
Funny, charming, but nothing more. I hope it will be more interesting later. I don't have enough speed of events. So quietly and slowly, as if I had already fallen asleep while watching the series. If it weren't for Vasily's scenes, I would have thought it was a series for children.
The casting for the role of War could have been better conducted, or only I have her acting, and the appearance in general causes distrust... But for this 4-ku series
Get out the minusculators, because I can't keep quiet. I didn't read the original source, because after rubyb Gaiman, the series American Gods was simply impossible to watch. So I decided to do the opposite with the Good Omens. However, apparently, there was too much Pratchett and not enough Gaiman in the book. The series is credited with subtle humor, but it is as subtle as a concrete wall.. And the jokes have already been joked a hundred times, but in other settings they could be funny, but here.. I do not know what the reason is, but the magic does not work. The actors' acting is perplexing. Take Tennant, for example. I've seen him in other roles, and he's a great actor, so why is he obviously overdoing it here for the most part? And there are many such replay scenes. Everyone is overplaying. Someone will call this the highlight and style of the series, but it's frankly embarrassing for me to watch, it's a Spanish shame, that's all. For the "theater of the absurd," acting should be more subtle and elegant. And without it, it just looks like clowning. And I didn't have any preconceptions before I started watching it. I looked at the rating, I thought that I would see, at least, a good, at most, a great series. Alas.
After this episode, the series came straight to me. I really like how absurd the situations are :) I would also like to mention the cool cast, even in the supporting roles :)
Make a journalist a War - bravo It was nice with the jacket. Crowley - I'm at 3 a.m. I remembered the word. I can calm down XD Does Aziraphale's hair stand on end?

113And Crowley is good with his cat-like gait, damn it.

pornography.
- pornography!
* it was very sudden*
In general, I godlessly fell in love with the series, just in my heart, how good everything is.
And the series is good.
And the War is awesome.
- She's on the street, she knows what she's risking
:D
"Occult powers?"
"From you and me."
"I'm not occult!" Angels are not occult! We are ethereal...
I dare
The series is a bit dumb at times, but that only makes it more interesting.
;DDD
- no... Someone bumped into me.

We are waiting for the visit of a couple of mentors to Adam at last.
I don't understand why the witch didn't sense the boy.
It was nice with the jacket.
