Last season, Natasha moved to Crimea to live with her parents. In this they went there after the wedding. But according to what they said, they were going to rest there. At the beginning of the season, after all, Anton said that he took a car instead of a mortgage for their apartment. So they were kind of going to live here. It was an expected move for me. This sprawling farewell scene at the airport immediately suggested that Lera's parents would not return from there and something would happen to them. And so it turned out. It's not clear why they were killed, but then it turned out that they weren't. Maybe the actors just decided to leave the series, I don't know

@vk175774: if only they had been "killed" in this episode. and "resurrected" after a season, it could be attributed to the departure of the actors and their return. As it is, this is just a scenario for the next season: how Kolyan will manage the property that has fallen on him, and how Ivanich will react to this when he returns.

Well, what can I say. It feels strange. The whole season, the characters were well, sooo stereotypical. Having gone through so much, how-if it would not have changed at all. It is clear that the plot is moving, but the characters do not change.
