@AshWolf: The first reaction: "Come on, it can't be!". When the frame hung up: "Is it really going to end like this and there will be another story?" Then: "Phew, on *** lee, I almost fell for it!" =)))
Well, it was immediately clear to me that this was just imagination, especially knowing that there was another episode ahead and it was very unlikely that it would have taken place without Alice and James.
@xlebyshekg: To be honest, it's a "hackneyed" technique. But I'm still being led, hoping that someday the scriptwriters will really do it to shock the viewer =) IP does not count! =)
@Radiovolna: there are more than one such series, but it is difficult to recommend it in this context, because when watching it there will not be the right effect — when the viewer thinks "well, of course, that's how I believed it," and the scriptwriters really did it.
@eliza_doolittl: Bliiin, that's right..I would like to see something like this, but if I write a list here now, then everything will automatically be spoiled and there will be no such effect ((
It's like watching movies from the list of "movies with an unexpected twist at the end," so you want to watch something that will turn everything around in the end, but you'll already know that you can't believe the movie, ehhh..
And one thought when she shot them:What the hell will episode 8 be about then??And there won't be a third season??Ahueeeeee... and then hop and everyone is alive
It was unexpected for me that Bonnie "shot", on the one hand, I'm glad that it's only in her head, but on the other hand, how epic it would be if it were the end of the season! And so it turned out to be some kind of half-murder..
It's hard to deal with a mentally unstable person who lives in his own imaginary world and believes only in his own truth. I don't even know how to convince him to take his side in such a situation. Alice did a very good job, step left, step right, and Bonnie would really shoot🤯
Rough. it's good that it was such a trick, but if they really left it that way, it would be cool (although it would be a shame) to end the series on this (and not renew it).
If James had followed the path of a psychopathic serial killer, he would have been the clumsiest serial killer in history, and his clumsiness with knives would have made him smile :)
Although I would not like the death of these characters, I mentally prayed that it would turn out to be true, that the screenwriters have balls and that the audience would really be able to shock, but alas and ah...It's almost always the same. Very sorry.. Of course, I still don't know what the third season would be about or if it would be at all, but I would gladly trade it for such a twist. It would be very, very strong, this one scene would have pulled out any flaws of the series =\\
@FRFD: at first, I immediately thought that it was only in Bonnie's imagination, but 5-6 seconds passed, and the frame did not change, and then I thought))) but no...
@villanelle: Yes, at least they would have watered down the series and finished it with dignity. But, alas, they want to get money out of it, they'll just put it on the assembly line. There's no point in looking any further
I almost choked on macaroni from fright that they had been shot, but then I really hoped that it was just a dream/thought...I don't know at all, maybe they've already written, but I can't stop feeling the atmosphere of the Black Mirror, it's awesome!
In my opinion, everyone was shocked😅 Agree, if this was the ending of the series, it would be really cool. And in general, in the spirit of the series, as someone said above ;)
@KRUZHOG: apple strudel is usually served with cream. This Austrian dish does not indicate Tarantino, as many people think, but only a poor knowledge of the culture of other countries * commentators* By the way, in Inglourious Basterds, he showed that the officer belonged to the Austrians who fought on the German side.
I WAS SO FUCKING SCARED DURING THE HEADSHOT SCENE!11 It's a good thing that didn't happen. At first, I was very angry with Bonnie... But then I rethought it. After all, we really often deceive ourselves and make stupid mistakes. And, more often than not, because of people who aren't worth it:(
I don't know if the actress for the role of Bonnie is not very good, or if her character is not very well written, but it doesn't cause any emotions at all. Sometimes the characters really like or really infuriate, for which bravo to the actors. And this one is so bland, just a foreign body in the series. Although it would seem like a very good idea to introduce another psychopath into the plot, who will also hunt for our couple, and in the process, maybe he would make friends with them. But this new character doesn't arouse any interest, horror, tension, or even sympathy because of her difficult life. This spoiled the impression of the second season.
Fucking hell. I'm shocked. And I really believed it. And then she was like, "Then what will they show in the last episode?" In short, it's good that it was a hoax.😅
I can't help wondering why, in the scene with the policeman, Alice couldn't shout "she's got a gun" and hide behind the counter, and let them figure it out + there's a back door exit.
@Drapegnik: I could have tried, but this cop is obviously not trained, and Bonnie has a gun right in her hand. She would have killed him without a problem.
@Drapegnik: judging by the fact that the cop didn't even make an attempt to return there, but first drove away, then called for help, he wasn't ready for this either emotionally or physically, so he had no chance, and Alice, as everyone already understood, began to appreciate other people more or less.
I am very tormented by the question of why there are no mobile phones in the series at all, GG are teenagers, but they do not call each other, James does not stalker Alice in insta, they do not correspond. Very unrealistic)
No, in the first episodes, you could see that a lot of people had phones at school. Alice said she hated it all (the fact that everyone was so addicted to these phones) and broke hers.
What a cheap trick to make a shock moment and then show that it was a fantasy. It really hurt. And it would be such an unusual and steep turn to take, and cut out the main characters, eh.
I felt sorry for the cop. He's so friendly, and everyone looks at him like he's some kind of weird person. Alice, she's like that on her own, but the saleswoman really pissed me off.
Yeah, the writers did a good job with the shot, because I really thought that was it, they were dead and that would be the end of the series, but no. I wouldn't mind even such an ending, it would be epic.
The only episode of the entire season that I liked, and all because I felt the atmosphere of Twin Peaks. Sid the cop is the spitting image of Agent Cooper, and looks like him, and loves baking😁
How funny it was when James already had two knives in his hand😂 From the very beginning, Bonnie could not decide to kill. She was always like, "something was bothering her." From this point on, it's always funny when an author uses something like this when it's really not necessary (but here's another case). Especially in a genre like this. Even on the road, I could have done it all from the very beginning😂

I thought, "God, tell me it's her fantasy," and everything went back.
But it took longer and longer, and I think, "It can't be."
Phew....

I felt the whole range of emotions in one episode

Thank God it was just Bonnie's fantasy.🙏
