The finale is very cool, but anyway, there is a lot of fiction there. Ie, they could have been saved like this in the orbit of the Moon, but the problem is that with those technologies, it is very unlikely that the ships had enough fuel for this whole procedure.
The Apollo 15 lander was designed simply to land on the moon with some kind of fuel reserve - it could have something left there, but there would have been a drop. At the same time, it takes off entirely from the surface, goes not just into orbit, but into the escape trajectory from the orbit of the Moon, docks with another vehicle, significantly increasing its mass, slows down the whole structure and manages to land on the Moon again - it's just fantastic, this is possible if it had engines like ships in Expansions. It's like having 10 liters of gasoline in the tank, driving 1000 km.
And besides, I didn't quite understand something, and where else did the fuel come from to send Ed back home?
Everything is very beautiful, but guys, you shouldn't be so physics...
And an Easter egg with a Sea Dragon after the credits is just gorgeous. The rocket was never built, it was only on paper, but there was just a monster capable of putting 500 tons into orbit.
I love it when heroes solve problems in all sorts of crazy ways, adventurism is always welcome. Well, the interaction of the Soviet and American cosmonaut - the tower. I'm really looking forward to the second season, I wonder how they will solve this case yet, because the soil is more than fertile.
Great show! I really liked the alternative story, when space exploration did not stop and the "race" for the Moon began. Taking into account the series after the credits, in the second season (I hope it will be) There may be talk of conquering Mars.
To sum up: the first 2 episodes are frankly boring and protracted (well, except for the first moon landing with the words "for Leninism and Marxism", my jaw dropped) and already from the third series the dynamics began. And the further I went, the more I expected the next episode to be released. Well done Apple, a good TV series has been released. And after the scene in the credits, I'm really looking forward to the second season!
@drabstvo: Dear Dr. Slavery, your feedback is very valuable to me. There are so many people here who write with much more serious mistakes, and you chose me among all of them in order to pour out your bile... it's so touching. And answering immediately to your next comment - I'm not shy about my native language, just myshows.me -this is a Russian-language platform, so I communicate in this language here. Well, my education is also all right (and you also have 3 higher educations?). So don't involve something that doesn't have to. Have a good day and fewer people will get in your way.
