Discussion of the 2 episode of the 1 season Discuss this episode
42How can you get so used to the role and be so epic-handsome? :D
And the series has already dragged on so much that I don't want to stop. I wonder how the father is involved here, because he couldn't have killed his son, it would be too easy to tell us about it already in episode 2..
In general, a lot of things happened in this series. Miller's son is very worried (+ a shot of her going to sleep in his bed). The priest, whom we saw briefly in the first episode, learns very important news and leads the service (why was the scene with the grandmother needed??). It was amazing, of course, how everyone recognized Beth at the supermarket and stared at her. Although it was probably specially condensed and concentrated for the audience (how cool it was filmed). We also find out that a skateboard exists and a suspicious old woman has it (a shot of Tennant walking to her house 5+). But I do not believe either in her guilt or in the guilt of my father, although we are being strenuously forced to believe this for the second series. Yes, he doesn't worry much (but we don't see his soul, of course), except for the moment when he breaks out at the priest. It seems to me that everything is more complicated here, and it is connected not only with him and the friend of the murdered boy
The second series did not spoil the impression of the first, told a lot of things, gave rise to new storylines and did not even skimp on jokes. So far, I'm very glad that I started watching this series after all!
It's the same with a friend, maybe they discussed something earlier that they would not like to disclose, but it's unlikely it has to do with the murder.
Or maybe I'm wrong.
Through dark and light I fight to be
So close..
Both father and mother seem to go to the left.
The music is magical, but I knew it back in 2014, when I didn't get it the first time, but I downloaded the soundtrack and listened to it on repeat.
It was shot amazingly beautifully, all these views, all these people.
David... It's beautiful. All these facial expressions, this very obvious Scottish accent, into which he jumps very vividly at times.
Both the visiting journalist and the receptionist at the hotel are very annoying so far. Especially the receptionist. "Can we be quiet about this, I might lose my license." Hello, it's your own fault that you might lose your license. What good administrator in his right mind would find drugs for clients? It's against the rules.
An interesting and intriguing beginning
I hope there won't be a lot of mysticism
I can't stop admiring such gorgeous shots 😭😍
Danny's dad is kind of nasty, he smiled so nastily the whole interrogation, brrr.
I hate it when psychics appear in detectives, I hope this person is just with a cuckoo gone, and not really help the investigation in this way.
I don't believe in Danny's father's guilt either. He's hiding something else, but definitely not the murder of his son.
Although, he smiled so nastily when Alec questioned him. So he's obviously hiding something equally vile. I just don't understand why he can't admit it to a detective. It's probably something much worse than a lover. Maybe something illegal?
