@raleigh_ej: this is the "indominus rex" from the Jurassic world - judging by the way he kills for fun. No animal allows itself such a thing. It's good that this mutant was flunked.
It hurts to look at a burning spear. While you gouge out a suitable fragment of silicon, while you stick it on a stick, pull it off with strips of skin, fill it with fish glue or resin.. So just set it all on fire? Brr..

I never cease to admire the ability of the creators to keep the viewer in titanic tension only with painted emotions and sound accompaniment, this is a talent that is aesthetically pleasing to watch without taking your eyes off
@frank_sidebottom: I also thought about it after watching a quiet place, maybe it's because there are no dialogues, so you concentrate much more on the picture
The intrigue in this series is masterfully maintained, and it would be unfair if the "enemy" was not shown at least briefly. Because of the moment with the mantis, there was a feeling that it would turn out to be something insect-like.
