@poly6poly: if you're talking about the woman in the photo, then you showed the same passage that when there was an accident, the woman saved the child. And the main character saw her only from behind. So he's trying to find it this way. And in the series, the phrase has already slipped that the main character had a situation that she helped in some kind of accident and injured her arm, so now she is in psychiatry, not surgery. I guess that's what this stranger is)
