Are you afraid of the Danaians who bring gifts? I knew that the hints were too rude for these screenwriters. Unless, of course, Shiv and Roman still pull off the Trojan horse theme, but only for Dad. It works for both Ken and Logan: Roman took offense at Shiv, Ken supported her in order to bribe her with it (how subtle, Ken!) - Roman drove his horse. It's the same with the scene in which Roman praises Shiv to his father. But maybe it was trolling from the writers after all. Ugh, how difficult everything is Kids discussing their Big Serious Affairs in the nursery are, of course, 11 out of 10
The power of donuts. All the scenes with Logan's children in Sofia's room are gorgeous, it's a pleasure to watch. Shiv has Sadam Hussain on the screensaver when his father calls, it's funny. Well, Marcia is back, she is very smart (how cleverly she offered to drain Kendall). I hope Gregg is not so stupid and will understand what his grandfather is stirring up.
The premiere was great, but this episode is a completely different level, bravo.
Shiv:"This stays between us, right?" then Shiv calls Tom, and Roman calls Jerry🙈 In general, the intrigue is of the highest level. You never know what to expect from the behavior of the characters. Screenwriters, producers, cast, bravo!🔥
There's so much going on in this series that I think I missed half the episode the first time I watched it Knowing that Shiv will find "fuck you :)" in the envelope, the scene in which Lisa tries to discuss strategy with Ken looks completely different. He listens to her with half an ear, because his head is busy with the question of how to play his sister. As a sister, I can't disagree that this is super important, but oh my God. Maybe the third time will be magical, and Ken will manage to knock the old man down, but right now he is already turning inside out to prevent this. Small children. No wonder Ken took them to play in the nursery The brotherly-sisterly dynamic of the series always turns out perfectly, and the moments when they all get together are always one of the best. I would watch and watch how they talk At the first viewing, I was so stunned by Ken's asshole "you're not wanted you're not wanted" to Connor that it completely slipped my mind that a little earlier Connor went out to comfort Roman, who was angry at Shiv, and it seemed to me that Romanov's "like he hasn't heard that enough in his life" was him so lazily and to fuck off, he tries to make a cruel joke (because telling everyone nasty things is his job, apparently). But Roman was probably just awkwardly trying to support Connor. It didn't work out very well, but still Finally, I completely missed the quiet little scene when Jerry, who was meeting Logan, held out her hand to him, but he did not shake it and walked past. But it was harder to miss the moment with Ken who had fallen for Jess. Firstly, Jerry and Jess did not deserve this, and secondly, Ken is really Oedipus, only instead of fate he has the name and personality of his father, and he can run away from it for at least five seasons, but in the end he will still turn into Logan, because we are watching a tragedy here Connor called Ken "Kenny" exactly zero times - the main disappointment of the series, of course, T_T
I'm still amazed at the greatness of the series, I'm especially pleased with the kind of hand-held shooting with zooms, thanks to which we feel like we're among the characters in the room and understand that the stakes are high. In general, it's wildly cool how Armstrong manages to mix a family tragedy with a business fight to such an extent that you can never understand where the offended children (parents) are talking in the characters and where the real sharks are. One thing does not exist without the other here, in principle: you can't trust anyone, self-doubt is growing by the second, and the world is ready to collapse in just a couple of minutes. This series is the most revealing in terms of family values: the family here acts both as a weakening and strengthening factor. Ken understands perfectly well that without brothers and sisters, his chances are small, and he fears this, and they, in turn, are torn between their father, who crushed them with his might all their lives, and a brother who can give them more freedom. And they all want to be on the same side (Shiv, that he learns the opinion of Roman, who never directly voices it as an example) and they are always afraid that any of them will betray anyone. It's a pleasure to watch such a thing
Well, yes, what a gorgeous Sarah Snook in every costume, I just can't, the crash of a lifetime is simple. She may not get the Logan Empire, but my heart is hers forever.
@bucket_man: it was last season, there was a woman who was at Logan's, they were drinking wine, but I still didn't understand whether there was cheating.. Because there didn't seem to be a sex scene
- you can't hide under your mom's skirt. - Fuck you, Siobhan. - you like to show everyone your pussy, but one day you'll have to fuck someone. - Fuck you. c*ka
The moments when Siobhan and Roman are probing the ground, without making harsh statements, in order to understand which of them will be on whose side, who thinks what, how and what issues they relate to, are filmed just fantastically: in the spirit of "I won't tell you what I think, but since we are a brother and sister, we will be able to understand from each other's omissions where it is better to be now."
@maybe_someday98: it annoys me that he mumbles half of the screen time, it could be shown that he is not confident in himself, but not three seasons of stuttering
Greg's grandpa is such a hypocrite. Against the damn capitalists, but when the same Ken goes against Logan, he sticks his tongue up his ass. Ken at the moment where he yelled at his brothers and sister out of fear and anger that they were not following him - reminded mini-Logan. Only he's not Logan, they're not afraid of him when he behaves like that, he's more annoying
If only Tom had known and said that Marsha had arrived! Shiv would have no doubt) I liked the moment with Connor, who usually bypasses sharp corners when he persistently said "We all knew everything" - it's just not clear if this is some kind of moral guideline or if Con does not protect his father because he does not love and does not respect him.
I would like Ken to finally succeed, but when he falls into this state of his and he is carried at full speed, nothing good usually comes out, it's a pity.
Kendall only had a chance to lead the company by becoming a receiver. He seemed to have forgotten that he was a drug addict and about that story with the kid, my father definitely did not forget, I'm waiting for this gun to fire.
Shiv and Tom's relationship is painful to watch. He found out that she was at Ken's, asked her, "Am I at home?" Then she told him and asked, they say, what did you know - "no, I didn't know where from." Both are lying to each other

And the Novel that brought Ken sweets anyway, it's cute)
It's a pity that no one supported Ken: someone needs his father's money, someone needs his father's recognition, someone is afraid.

Yeah, yeah.. Not a word to anyone. aha -_-
Tom begins to crush Shiv under him
Season 1 - Ken
Season 2 - Shiv
Logan is no longer ruling out an affair this season. In the fourth, he will think about the Horse))
