s01e01 — Pilot

I liked the pilot. At first, I was afraid that the zombies would come again - they were too tired. But it worked out. The supervirus pathogen and other infections are much more fun. The worldwide conspiracy of pest scientists and superfarm corporations is slightly annoying, but not annoying yet.
So we'll take a look.

The series is a bit like "Strain" (it came out before the series, but later than the book), and it seems that SyFy didn't turn out to be a failed show, finally.

The first episode impressed and intrigued, let's see what happens next.

It looks like a good sci-fi series will never be made.

Well, Peter's chip was deactivated, but the dude whose hands were chopped off with the chip wasn't.

The series is 50/50. On the one hand, it's interesting to find out what will happen at the end, but on the other hand, it's drawn out and even a little boring.

I advise those who like Resident Evil to watch, it's very similar. Specifically for games and partly for movies.

The first episode was really interesting.

This is only the first episode, but it is frankly boring and with a lot of jambs and nonsense both in terms of the script and the actions of the characters. It's like we're not seeing the mega-super-cool CDC specialists who have been working for years, but graduate students.

"Now we're going to put a chip under your skin so you can open the doors."
"Really? Your technology is strange... No wonder you have an epidemic brewing here."

"Oh, the virus is not transmitted through the air, so you can take off your protective suits."?? And besides that, it can't be transmitted in any way? Through saliva, blood, cuts, and just from physical contact? Yes, pffffff, let's go look for possibly infected monkeys without any protection!

- "Oh, the infected person escaped through the ventilation, and let's put gas in there to knock him out, and then we'll climb after him!"
"Umm, but we don't know how the virus affects the body, maybe it's immune to this gas, or maybe the infected person is no longer in ventilation? And why take such a risk, don't you have sensors that can show if it's in the ventilation? Or at least let's send the camera there."

At first I thought it was boring and not worth the time, but in the end I was even interested. I'll continue watching, and then we'll see)

As they say, they started for health, and finished for peace ...
I watched the first season in one gulp (I bet 4).
The second one is a dreary slog about "psychos" (I bet 2).
There is no normal connection between the seasons.
I do not recommend viewing it.
