@porco: A significant number of military personnel (especially the command) are extremely irrational creatures whose actions can sometimes be explained only by spontaneous outbursts of one or another emotion.
@Khrustalev: I don't remember what I wrote the first comment about, but most likely it was clearly not about the command, but about the grassroots freemen, which does not happen in the army - in a gang.
