this glassy conversation in the finale <3 but it's really time for OA to stop playing guardian, she's still a partner, not a ward) but there are a lot of episodes with Maggie-introduction, and they are of the same type... and always without any background...
I think they're starting to bring us to the line more than a sidekick, so OA is freaking out the second episode. In principle, after the finale of last season, such thoughts crept into the hospital, no wonder.
Yes, it's kind of simple. Maggie has already infiltrated, has already established contact, the main performer is easily hooked, and the brother-oaf easily gives up and makes a deal ... I'm not saying that you need to show "blood-guts-rasp", but the efforts and tense moments in the series were reduced to hiding Maggie behind the curtain, and the sleight of hand of the Chip. It's kind of very average.
In fact, it's good when series are sometimes like this, simple and with an easy solution. I think there is a lot of Maggie and Oa going on, and although for some reason their conversation was difficult for me, I'm glad they did it. However, clearly not to the end of "We can become good partners again"? One conversation is not enough for the feelings of Oa to change. And I'm not saying now that a love interest must necessarily come up next (even I probably mind if it ruins everything for one of them) I mean, one conversation can't dispel all the fears, doubts, and everything else they both gained or lost after that incident.
And do I understand correctly, in the last episode she just returned to the team, and here she is already undercover??? It usually doesn't happen so fast
It wouldn't be bad if the writers had let Maggie make a mistake at least once.
