Scanlan MVP! How often have I uttered this phrase when watching streams, ahah. Tak-s, since here he was the one who finished off Umbrasul, who stole his sword and killed the sphinx with whom he became friends, then I think that the Kill will fall out with Reishan (but I really hope that Kerrek will also be, please), Tordaka, as on the stream, will kill Wax (and Vex will break the crystal), Vorugala, I think Pike will kill. They also need to deal with Anna. I don't understand how this can be fit into 12 episodes of 20 minutes, i.e. I understand, but it's too fast, imho.

Overall, the season turned out well, for me it's better than the first one, keep it up!)
And if this is a "weak" dragon with invisibility(!) and regeneration(!), then what can the strongest do? As for me, this particular dragon was one of the strongest. I even hoped that maybe he would try to compete for power in the conclave and the heroes would take advantage of it.
These shadows are just bullshit. The Wax armor does not help in any way in battle, gloves cannot even knock out a dragon, a bow does not pierce the skin, it cannot set fire to a fire golem... They didn't have to collect all this at all, but just give the overlooked Scanlan a sword and that's it.
And yes, Percy still looks like the biggest sucker with minimal combat capabilities. I don't know what he could have done in the original, but here he is portrayed as just a hellish noob. Maybe a few orcs from the Grog tribe shot.
Plus, Kiki, Grog, and Wax were partially revealed (he has a powerful branch development), and Vex, and Scanlan. All the characters have internal personal growth, so it was almost enough, as for me.
Well, maybe I wanted some long gatherings, but dragons are an extremely serious enemy, a filler would be inappropriate.)

I watched the first campaign a long time ago, of course, but I have no complaints about accelerated pacing at all. The only exception is the relational part, that Waxlet and Persalia seem to be developing too sharply so far. But it would be stupid to allocate more time for their development, too.
So far, the two main mysteries for me are who they will find in Draconia, because well, obviously not Tibs, and what they will do with the Tarion arch, given that they are clearly hinting at it already, but a) it is severely sinking in intensity and b) they are absolutely not going to hell anymore.
For me personally, Vox Machina remains my favorite, then Bells Hells (although it is still on) and Mighty Nein are already at the end. M9 was very slow in the beginning, the threats did not seem so global / scary and the potential of the characters was not fully revealed, but in theory it is better suited for adapting to a cartoon VM.
Overall, I'm still happy, but I can do better.
