And on this episode, we were shown what an idiot Leo is that he decided to rob (the former) his own wife's workplace. You just don't have to look any further, because all his revenge on his former partner Roger is sucked out of his personal idiocy and desire to blame other people for it. It's just a caption, not a backstory.
In general, it is very primitive. The characters have no characters and no deep motivations
I don't know how to read the comments for each episode and not catch spoilers. Therefore, for the sake of history, I will note that I will look in this order: 5-4-6-3-7-2-8-1
I'm watching this episode for the second time, without knowing any special details about the characters' lives. but so far, the robbery of a former partner looks justified. Leo went into the case with the necklace for a friend to help him solve his problems, and his friend framed him. Is it OK? of course he will want revenge. I don't see the lack of motivation and idiocy here, which we wrote about above. The only unclear moment so far is how Roger did not recognize his employee as the daughter of a former friend in the present. not even purely humanly, but by checking the data — if he has such a serious bank, then he certainly had to find out who she really is
@mensonge_avril: "Leo went to deal with the necklace for the sake of a friend to help him solve his problems" - I don't quite agree, after Roger's arrival, he still doubted, but decided to rob after firing and insulting his wife, including. even here, in fact, there was a robbery for revenge
"and his friend framed him. is it OK?" and what exactly is the setup: - Roger didn't choose the place of the robbery - it wasn't Roger who didn't tell his wife that they were going to work (on the contrary, he was in favor of saying) - it wasn't Roger who got caught by the guards - yes, Roger set fire to the building, but it was quite justified in that situation - at a key moment, Roger even went back to the burning building with him - and his only flaw is that when he could potentially save her, he was afraid for his life and ran away, all this makes him a coward, but not a traitor, and certainly he is not to blame for the death of his wife in any way - in fact, it was an extremely unfortunate combination of circumstances.
"how Roger didn't recognize the daughter of a former friend in his employee in the present" - I agree here, especially if she didn't even change her Name)))
And it seems to be a pity for Leo and how understandable his desire for revenge would be... But there are also conflicting feelings... That he was partly responsible for his wife's death...🤔
The series disappoints more and more with each episode. How can you shoot such a superficial series about robberies after recently going head and shoulders above a Paper house. The main character is no super thief, no super strategist. I got caught and lost everything because it seems to me that I violated the main unwritten rule: "Don't shit where you eat." Yes, sometimes they show that he has some interesting ideas, but the rest is still not convincing against the background.
It's not Roger's fault that Leo lost everything. He was fucked up, came for help and covered as best he could until the very end.
And if he used to rob private individuals, then 24 years after the last robbery, he decides to rob the top bank with a bunch of little-known people. One Bean is worth a lot. And yes, everything rests on his daughter, who worked her way up the career ladder for SEVEN years to clear the way for her father. And she also made the same mistake - she brought her girlfriend to a place where an explosion and robbery are planned.
And well, the team was not well-coordinated and at the very first case everything went awry - the burglar lost one arm, and the lawyer was burned. And this was a regular raid on the shops.
Just a facepalm from watching. But it was shot so confidently that I still want to see how everything goes and how it ends.
Well, time travel for 7 years is not obvious at all.
And I liked the series, I was very worried about the main character. Of course, I expected much more meanness from the enemy, for example, that there was a tip from him or some kind of testimony. Nevertheless, this does not negate the fact that he has become an even bigger asshole now. And it's also not a fact that he doesn't know that he's working with Leo's daughter.
I started watching this episode Somewhere on the Internet I saw that according to the time chronology this series is the first I liked it, let's see what happens next
@ddkrik: There was a comment on the rutracker: The chronological order of "Purple", "Green", "Yellow", "Orange", "Blue", "White", "Red", "Pink" is nonlinear, but logical "Blue", "Green", "Yellow", "Orange", "Purple", "Pink", "White", "Red" So I started with this one too. Why not read the comments out of the habit of watching :)
