Funny character Miss Palmer, so lively, smart and not at all submissive. It would be hard for her to live as a servant.
Father Brown and his past. I don't remember such a shock for him before. I was just sitting there crying.

Oh, what a finale! And how well Mark Williams conveyed the inner state at the time of the murderer's arrest: just some tangible tension, and then this gesture when Father Brown saluted his essentially lost comrade - it was very emotional, very powerful!..

Well, in general... I think it's safe to say that the series "restarted" successfully: with the advent of Brenda, this beautiful tomboy, a cheerful company has finally formed - perfectly and harmoniously: it's interesting to watch their relationship, and it's impossible not to love them.
