A pretty good first episode. Dramas have already been thrown. Usually a film is shot under such a plot and they try to fit everything there. And here they didn't spare any money for the series. The beauties! There are a lot of racing scenes, I hope there will be a little less in the next series. The start is brisk!
I'll free up your time- the series is a walk-through. I still didn't fully understand what he was talking about: Brazil, parenting, McLaren, chicks, Jeanne Balestre? The series does not reveal anything or anyone. Aerton is a list driven by the wind, not making decisions, everything happens around him by itself, and if bad things happen, then we will waste a couple of years in a couple of minutes and close everything with a run. It's a shame for Brazil, which allowed the name Senna da Silva to be trampled into mediocrity with the help (I'm not sure, but my gut tells me) of specialists from the BBC channel. I'll write a little more in the review for the 6th series.
The races in the first episode are filmed sooooo well. I hit a good one right there. I hope they don't let you down with Formula 1 either. Aerton is certainly a legend! Even I, who am far from racing royalty, know perfectly well that F1 is based on two pillars: Schumacher and Senna. It is very interesting to look at the development of Aerton's career and life.
Everything is very cool, we noted such little things (for TV series) as Senna's gas stations and his driving style; the actor is perfectly chosen; but how much prettier Snetterton is, and Norfolk in general ... it's like putting Peter and Igor in the vicinity of Altai. 😅
In fact, there are very few films and even more so series about racing that are really well done, but after watching 1-2 episodes, I want to bring the series closer to the top of high-quality; in the case of this project, it is clear that no one will take the film crew and all the related props around the world to all possible tracks, and even more so he won't bother with England (Snetterton, Brands Hatch, Silverstone, Truxton, etc.) for a couple of minutes of filming the same FF and F3, but it was possible to pick up at least a little similar landscapes ... perhaps so far this is the only minus for me personally and especially noticeable for the mass audience

14As with "100 years of solitude", the native language sets an amazing vibe!

A biopic about Senna and F1? I'm in!
