I really like how realistic the characters' judgments change depending on what happened. Eren is constantly in doubt, Erwin also realized in the last episode that he was wrong. Because of such things, you really get into the characters, unlike those who are stubborn and stubborn in their actions.

An incredibly powerful scene. I mean the comeback scene.

Such huge losses, the grief on the faces of the scouts, the disappointment of the people. Yes, it's sad, but that's not what killed me.

Petra's father hints at marriage. Girlfriend (wife? A sister?) Elda is waiting. Oruo's family had prepared lunch for him. And yet that's not what killed me.

Kids who admire scouts no matter what. "Cool. The scouts are so cool. They were beaten like that, but they're still fighting." Levi gave Dieter a patch, which he took for HIMSELF to remember Peter. It is these little things that hit the heart so hard, much more than grief and plans for a family dinner.

@swiftie13: I read somewhere that "Corporal Levy" is a nickname, but his real rank is Captain. It's easier and faster to pronounce "Corporal Levy" in the heat of battle.

I have been reading this point for a long time and now I will not find it, but the meaning can be partially understood from the following quote:
"In the original, military knowledge sounds different. In anime, subordinates often say "heycho", but the title in reality sounds like "heishicho".
That is, Heycho is a corporal, like to pronounce faster than Heishicho is a captain.

Eerily realistic and scary

All the moments are finishing off: relatives are waiting for the dead at home and preparing for their arrival, the reconnaissance group returns with nothing, even the bodies had to be left because of the Titans ((Levi gives Petra's patch... Petra's father tells about her, and Levi's face at the same time 😭😭

And Eren sees a boy who looks so much like him in his youth, and then he cries

for some reason, the most powerful moment in the series for me was when I had to get rid of the bodies.(it's scary and sad, and I don't want to imagine, for example, your daughter's body lying somewhere out there in the wasteland, and not resting in a cemetery. on the other hand, it's good when memorabilia remains, the same patch.

What about their discipline? I watch every episode and am amazed. Sometimes they don't listen to Captain Levi and try to attack Eyron when his arm has turned, then they yell at Levi to give the order to fight the female, although he clearly said to run straight. And in this episode, the corpse was taken away, setting everyone up. This is a war, and the army must strictly follow orders so that there are fewer casualties.
