Eeeeeebushki sparrows, well it's started 🫣
Yichen is now like a little bird in a big cage.
PS: the symbolic shot was in the room where Yichen sleeps, there is a golden cage.

@HaiLuYin: @innsight: And that was exactly the moment you were talking about about banned substances (in juice)? 😳

And the dream, and the dream that Ichen had after that... it's creepy.

To be honest, it's such a torture.… A marathon of carnal pleasures, like an assembly line.

Poor Ichenyushka, he's become just like a ghost. 🥺

This series plunges us into darkness as much as possible. At some point, it became difficult for me to breathe and there was a ringing in my ears, as if I had sunk deep to the bottom.

I love these jackets with straps on the sleeves of the Chinese. 🤌

- all these years while you were having fun with someone else, there was someone who was waiting for you and he lived like a dead man 💔
Now Lu Feng has decided to make a dead man out of Yichen 🥺

I'm glad I have half a pack of atarax in me, because otherwise it would be unbearably disturbing for me to look at everything that is happening.

Besides, I was ready to go crazy from the fact that these two chose silence and mutual expectation instead of conversation.
Neither of them is ready to be the first to admit that they still love each other, that they have spent all these years alone and agonizingly waiting for the day when they can return to each other.

Lu Feng diligently pretends to be independent, putting on a haughty mask of indifference, and Yichen is in no hurry to admit that his marriage to Zhou Lan was only an arrangement.

Instead of words, one brings fake men home and pretends to sleep with them, and then fuels his anger by looking at photos of Yichen and Zhou Lan together, in which they stand almost half a meter apart.

And the second one uses the voice only to ask, "Why do you need me here?" And it is possible that there is something completely different behind this question, and Yichen rather wants to know if Lu Feng still loves him, or if everything that is happening now is really just a way to vent the accumulated resentment and anger over the years.

And I also have a question that haunts me.

If I understood Lu Feng's words correctly in the scene on the bed, then he hadn't touched Yichen until that moment. He says with deliberate irony that Yichen should be happy that I finally deigned to, but he wonders if he'll finally be able to let Yichen go after a night together.

That's why I sincerely exhaled when Lu Feng finally stopped, seeing that Yichen had changed his mind (at least, I hope that's what happened)

Despite the fact that Yichen's monologue sounded in the background, which made it clear that he was ready to believe in words of love and give in to his feelings, it did not relieve the heaviness in his soul. It is simply impossible to look at what is happening without anxiety

But if fragments of Yichen's memories still cause me confusion, then the scratch marks on his back leave no doubt.
The moment Lu Feng thought that Yichen might have drowned himself, fear broke through all his feigned coldness. After that, it was pointless to continue the show of indifference, and this time he did not restrain himself.

And it's a good thing that this scene wasn't shown to me. Perhaps this understatement makes what is happening even more uncomfortable for me. I can't say for sure where the line is between what happened and what could have happened.

This makes me merge even more with the feelings of Yichen, who is forced to stay in this suffocating suspense.

Perhaps that's what the authors wanted to convey. Not only the severity of what was shown, but also the anxiety of what was left behind the scenes.

And I just hope that the era of violence is over and the next episode won't be so emotionally draining.

@HaiLouYin: In general, there was sex in the bathtub in the preview for the series. Either there is an uncensored version, or maybe a flashback will be shown in the next one.

Looking at Feng's face, he stupidly forgot about the camera. It finally dawned on him that he could lose his wife, he reached the body and lips of his beloved, at least he remembered how the shirt was unbuttoned.
And tomorrow in the episode there will be a moment that even made me feel confused, and I don't know whether to bang my head on the table or cry. Of course, I don't know in what context it will be shown - it's an excerpt with a light bulb. Remember) it may turn out to be important)

@vera24: Maybe it's true that they'll come back to this scene in the next episode. Here she was more like a vague memory of Yichen after the orange juice according to Lu Feng's signature recipe.

Yichen had noticed the effect of an aphrodisiac there, so he could have imagined something, or maybe it was some kind of memory from the past.
Anyway, I'm still lost here.

Lu Feng had definitely forgotten about the camera. He had them all over the house for surveillance. And it doesn't look like he was planning anything that night.
He spent so much time pretending that Yichen annoyed him, and then alcohol, emotions... and the man got carried away. All his ostentatious arrogance is gone.
It was high time to get a grip on the head

But for Yichen, the camera worked like a cold shower: he immediately remembered where he was and what kind of relationship they had now. Perhaps, before that, he hadn't even thought about the fact that Lu Feng could remotely monitor him.
Well, he was so overcome with sobering panic that it was unlikely that any explanations from Lu Feng had saved the situation... the moment had passed

I even had a thought that's why Yichen went to Lu Feng's bathroom, because he figured there probably weren't any cameras there.

And yes, I've seen the light bulb scene too. There are already a couple of considerations, but for now I'm afraid to jinx it. Let's see what they'll show us tomorrow.

@HaiLouYin: @vera24 I'm so sleepy, I turned on the episode anyway. Finally. I thought I'd fall asleep, I already turned on the coffee machine, but I didn't need to. The first minutes of the episode immediately cheered me up.

But I still watched the episode as if in delirium. Everything was so messed up that I didn't understand where they got it and where they didn't. It was only by looking at Yichen's back that she realized what had happened.

After the bathroom scene, when Yichen woke up, my first thought was, "Phew, it's just a dream." But damn, if this was the first TV series based on this novel, then maybe I would have believed that this was a dream. It's a pity for Ichen, he's so thin. On the other hand, as @HaiLouYin said, they can't just admit to each other or discuss all their causes, effects, etc. They must exhaust each other.

Moreover, the feeling that for the sake of their love they are already ready to be victims for each other. It's like two martyrs, showing each other their feelings. They don't know how to use words, whether they're ashamed or too offended...

@innsight: Yes, the episode is really invigorating... I don't even get atarax, I'm still going over what's happening in my head.

"Like two martyrs" is a thought that has been haunting me for the last hour. Indeed, it feels like they are both desperately trying to suffer everything to the end.

They are too deeply involved in each other, but there is so much pain, understatement and distorted understanding of what is happening, as if a simple conversation and confession is not enough for them to close the old chapter of life and start a new one.

Lu Feng is still unable to cope with the desire to make Yichen feel the same helplessness that he himself experienced. First because of my father and my forced departure to America, then after I called the police, when I had to stay under lock and key again.
Every time, at a crucial moment, he found himself in a situation where control and the right to choose were taken away from him.

And at the same time, it's hard for him to see Yichen suffering, and as a result, he hurts not only him, but also himself. But no matter how hard Lu Feng tries to hold on and deceive himself, he loves Yichen more than he tries to hate him.

And if it wasn't for the camera in the bedroom, it seems that all this mutual torture could have ended right there.
Lu Feng simply didn't have the strength to keep his distance at that moment. Not the sarcastic "Mr. Zhou", not the cold full name, but this is "Xiao Chen", in which all his armor immediately cracks. Anger, resentment, and disappointment are literally coming apart at the seams, and the old tenderness and adoration are becoming clearer through them.

Yi Yichen is so desperate for this change, as if it's all he needs.

I watched Lu Feng's face change, as he constantly looked for an answer in Yichen's eyes, as he finally broke down from the softness in his voice, as tears flowed down his cheeks... and Yichen himself looked so attentively, absorbed every emotion of Lu Feng, as if he was afraid to miss the slightest change

During that scene, everything just collapsed inside me.
My heart ached for two people who had to suffer for their right to just love each other.

@HaiLouYin: "To suffer your right to love.".. Damn right. That's exactly what it seems to me.

Their attempts to calm their inner pain turn into a desire to atone for their guilt towards each other.

And these sufferings instead of words are not manipulation through guilt (as psychologists would note), but rather fear of rejection.

I'm glad that I found the strength to deconstruct Lu Feng in the last episode, and now I don't have to delve into the fact that, despite his strong appearance, the struggle for love had a strong effect on him. His father's death and the need to turn away from his own family had crushed him, no matter how resilient he tried to appear

Because now my attention is focused on Yichen again.

Perhaps what hit me the most was the scene in which he dreams of their long-ago conversation.:

"For your sake, I will fulfill any request, no matter how reckless it may be."
— But if you leave me, I will do everything to find you and bring you back. I'll lock you up so you can never escape again. Understood?
"It doesn't matter... as long as you love me."

Now Yichen finds himself in a situation that involuntarily reminds him of these words, and he cannot say for sure what exactly is behind Lu Feng's actions - love or hate, the desire to return him or the desire to punish him for running away.

And when Yichen sees Lu Feng by his bed, he asks a question that he wants to get a very specific answer to.

It seems to me that what he really wants to hear is not just an explanation of what is happening and not a story about future plans. He wants to hear that Lu Feng still remembers his promises. That he promised to find him. He promised not to let go. He promised to love him even if he left.

And now it's as if Yichen is also trying to fulfill his part of the promise. After all, he had once said that he would fulfill any request from Lu Feng, no matter how reckless it was. But he is ready to do this only on one condition: if the love between them is still alive.

But he doesn't have the courage to ask this question directly, and Lu Feng has accumulated so much pride over the past five years, fueled by resentment and anger, that he is no longer ready to become the person who asks for love first.

Therefore, instead of answering, he leaves Yichen only a hint, behind which, if desired, you can see anything.:

"You will be free... and I will be free."

And maybe that's why this scene feels so painful to me. Both carry their feelings within themselves, both are desperately waiting for an answer from each other, but they continue to walk around the main question, as if its very existence scares them much more than any possible answer.

Separately, I really liked how the parts work in this series.

The cage in Yichen's room stands as a symbol of imprisonment, and not only literal. Because Yichen is still trapped by her feelings for Lu Feng, still holding onto the promises made to each other as something indestructible.

And perhaps he wants to fulfill at least this reckless vow. Even if it is devoid of logic and common sense

Therefore, for me, the cell is perceived not just as a hint of his current position, but as a reflection of the inner state of a person who has not been able to finally get out of the past.

A person who continues to live by the words spoken many years ago, and is still looking for confirmation that they still matter.

And perhaps that's why she reminds us not only that Yichen was trapped in Lu Feng's house, but also that some feelings can hold us much tighter than any locks.
HaiLouYin

06 Jun 02:07 #
By the way, Lu Feng also wore a similar sweater as he gave Yichen, only black.

However, the broken threads of the weave are almost invisible on it, as if he was trying to leave at least something in common between them. Not rings, of course, but at least something that still binds them together.

Also, their visual contrast leads me to schizophrenic reasoning.

In the traditional Chinese context, white also represents mourning, so the color pair of characters in my head turns into almost a ritual construction.:

~ Lu Feng, who always appears in black, looks like a fixed death inside a living body
~ Yichen, who wears only white clothes, becomes a mourner for this death, which he, in fact, had a hand in.

Lu Feng himself states his condition very bluntly: he is dead inside
For him, Yichen's betrayal did not just destroy the relationship, but ended his very life, leaving behind five years of inertia in loneliness and inner emptiness.

In this context, Yichen becomes a symbol of grief for their long-destroyed love and for Lu Feng, whom he, in fact, "lost" in this struggle for their relationship.

And another scene that became emotionally difficult for me is the morning when Yichen wakes up for the first time in Lu Feng's bed.

It's still difficult for me to interpret it unambiguously, but perhaps it's that very phrase "... as long as you love me" that keeps Yichen afloat right now.

It seems that he got the answer to his question even at the moment when alcohol briefly deprived Lu Feng of his habitual pride and forced him to say what he so diligently hides in a sober head.

Perhaps that's what Yichen wanted to hear. He wanted to find out that behind the anger, revenge, and endless attempts to pretend that he didn't care, there was still love.

And for a moment, it seemed to me that it was enough. That Yichen was already ready to forget about everything that had happened if Lu Feng's words turned out to be true.

But the camera quickly brings him back to reality. It reminds him that Lu Feng is still in revenge mode, which means that Yichen cannot afford to believe what he has heard unconditionally.

He doesn't want to give in to his feelings now only to have them used against him later.

And yet, Lu Feng's worried look, who was scared to death, thinking that something had happened to Yichen, perhaps becomes something of a confirmation for him.

Proof that it's just a mask. That Lu Feng still loves him

And Yichen's smile at that moment literally twisted something in my solar plexus.

This mixture of relief and madness makes my heart ache.

Especially in combination with the Dutch angle, which seems to emphasize the inner split of the hero.

His mind reminds him that Lu Feng really did what he once promised: he found him, locked him up and wouldn't let him leave.

But my heart clings to something else entirely: the thought that love is still behind all these actions.

And that's why this smile seems so painful and so frightening to me. After all, she is born at the moment when Yichen simultaneously sees the danger of what is happening and still feels happy that he continues to be loved.
Suffocatingly, profoundly wrong, but still loving

And if there's a cage in Yichen's room, then the chain in Lu Feng's bedroom can't help but attract attention, either.

If the cage next to Yichen can characterize a person who is trapped inside his own feelings, then the chain next to Lu Feng reminds him that in fact it is he who remains chained to them the most tightly.

Lu Feng is trying to play the role of the man who keeps Yichen under lock and key. But it is he who remains the one who is unable to leave. A chained dog who only pretends to be a hunter

Yichen finds himself trapped in Lu Feng's house, but emotionally they are both in the same captivity.

This scene also became an allusion to "Beauty and the Beast" for me: a man holds a loved one next to him, and the flower seems to be counting down time to the point of no return.

Only if in the fairy tale the Monster risked remaining a monster forever, then here Lu Feng seems to understand that one more step and revenge will completely deprive him of humanity.

It is no coincidence that it is at this moment that he cancels the order to find another fake lover for him.

And I liked the series)) in my opinion, everything is very logical in terms of emotional experiences. One is angry, so he can't say anything through his mouth, the other is unsure of his status, and is silent for the same reason. They just make holes in each other's eyes. And that's exactly what makes sense to me, they need to turn themselves into emotional mincemeat a couple hundred times, and then they will come to an epiphany of what exactly they mean to each other. (If only they had thrown themselves into each other's arms like in an old movie, shouting Alyosha!!! Sophia!!! - I wouldn't like it)🤪
And after the second scene in the bathroom, the Fan apparently realized, couldn't hold back his emotions, and did what he had wanted for a long time. It was this scene that I had in mind when I said about the preview that there was sex, judging by the marks, hardly consensual, but nevertheless necessary for both of them. The tenderness immediately came out of Feng, he stroked Ichenka like in the morning (I can't really believe the guilt anymore, he was too hardened), and Ichenka even laughed with relief - he loves you!!!
Well, according to tradition, I have one moment that I liked the most (there are many of them, but this one is special) @HaiLouYin: with your permission, I copied it, it's too well written)

Here is our Ichen in my opinion!!!!They are the type of people who allow themselves to be bullied and even humiliated. In Russia, they say that hitting means loving, but in China, apparently, raped means loving. I've already read several Chinese novels, so after the wear and tear, the relationship only gets stronger. That's the norm in China, apparently. Maybe they're breathing out a sigh of relief, well, finally raped, otherwise I doubt that you love!!! Open the window, it will be stuffy.

@vera24: I know you're being sarcastic, but I can't help myself, forgive me for this weakness.

In the old danmei, there was often the idea that love should be proved through suffering. And this applies not only to bl, but also to get. Similar stories can be found in old Chinese, Korean, Japanese plots, and in Western literature too.

Emily Bronte's "Wuthering Heights" is considered by many literary critics to be one of the most famous examples of toxic and destructive love in the classics.

On the subject of violence, I think it's still important to separate genre fantasies and real life. The fact that in old Chinese novels, after violence, the characters suddenly become closer to each other is more a feature of then-popular tropes than a reflection of any real norms of society.

Rather, many authors of that period loved stories on the edge, where obsession, compulsion, and emotional swings were presented as evidence of the depth of feelings. Those who can no longer be challenged by logic, because they are stronger than it.

Well, the popularity of such stories also played a role. It was the most scandalous, painful, and emotionally charged stories that were best remembered and provoked more discussion. And who doesn 't like to recruit an active audience for their work ?

I hardly read novels in those years, but from what's coming out now, it seems to me that the genre is gradually moving away from many old tropes. Perhaps readers have already had enough of suffering and want something healthier.
Although, according to my observations, readers still approve of hard sex more often than gentle romance in bed. 😁

@vera24: "...into my arms, shouting Alyosha!!! Sofia!!!" — I checked it out and it's funny, I even introduced our couple... but then, of course, in the context of this emotional meat grinder, such a meeting would look foreign

Still, Lu Feng, with his baggage of pain, is not yet able to feel the joy of a long-awaited reunion.
Just like Yichen, he feels guilty and regrets that he left Lu Feng without explanation. I didn't even give him the opportunity to clarify the situation, but simply left him in the dark.

And now, looking at Lu Feng, for the first time, he truly sees the consequences of his decision. He sees a man who was once ready to fight for both of them, and now he is crippled by this struggle.

Perhaps Yichen doesn't think he has the right to ask Lu Feng for love after he rejected him. To say now that he has continued to love all these years may seem too presumptuous to him. I don't think he ever expected to be welcomed with open arms after all that had happened. And he had once assured Lu Feng that if he left him, he would accept his punishment, no matter how unpleasant it might be. And now Yichen seems to be trying to prove at least to himself that he is able to keep his word.

And as @innsight wrote, both are trying to sacrifice themselves in order to suffer everything that has tormented them for years.

That's probably why the series is difficult for me. I can logically analyze the behavior of both characters and understand how they came to this point. The story shows their emotional state and motives very well, but for me violence is not something that should solve conflicts in a couple. And Lu Feng is physically and emotionally suppressing Yichen.

Lu Feng seems to be trying to show Yichen everything at once: what is jealousy when you see a loved one next to another; what is helplessness when you cannot influence anything; what is disappointment when pain and humiliation are inflicted by someone who promised to love

And Lu Feng gives out all this at the same time, in great concentration, just as he once experienced himself. But Yichen is not as strong-minded as Lu Feng, and may just break down. Seeing Yichen so exhausted is terrifying to me, because sometimes it seems that the dead Lu Feng is about to be joined by the dead Yichen.

As I write this, I understand how unhealthy the situation is, but both of these people are insane in their own way. They have their own crippled logic inside this particular piece of art.

That's why I noted that I was glad that I found the strength to describe Lu Feng's breakdown and his view of the situation from the last episode, and now I don't have to delve into what's going on in his soul and why he's not ready to be the person who should be begging for love again.

Sometimes I feel like I'm the devil's advocate, but it's the authors' own fault that they've worked out their characters so well. I blame them for this. It was no good investing so much 🫣

But I can't help but write how subtly my thoughts were framed here in a short flashback, when Lu Feng reflected on all the sacrifices he had made. He remembered his father, to whom he had shown no mercy even on his deathbed, because he could not afford to humiliate his and Yichen's love. And this makes it clear that that act still resonates with pain in him. He remembered his sister, who always warned him that his feelings would remain unrequited. I remembered how I turned away from my family…

And it all popped up in my head with a simple "sorry," like a dumb question. Was all his pain, all his sacrifices, and all the years of fighting for their relationship worthy of just one "sorry"? Could that word really erase everything he'd been through?

Damn, I still couldn't resist and inserted five kopecks about Lu Feng.

But by the way, I couldn't help but cringe at this moment.
Lu Feng had such a predatory look for a second, as if he would strangle Yichen right there.

And I also noticed one small detail — Yichen has blood under his fingernails.

Such a detail reminds me of the cost of all this. Looking at Yichen's nails, I feel nothing but a chill somewhere under my ribs, because this is a stable marker of violence, not passion, like Fan Xiao's scratched back in To My Star after a stormy reconciliation.

The authors invested so much in the details to leave another reminder that what is happening here is shown through the prism of cruelty and violence, and not as a beautiful romantic scene.

@HaiLouYin: I agree, I'm not saying that violence is good, I mean that they need to take out this pain, especially for the Fan, because, as you noted earlier, he was deprived of the opportunity to choose, but simply confronted with the fact.
Only he naively believes that he was the only one in hell, and does not even realize that Yichen went from one hell to another, just like Feng. But, forgive me, my dear and good ones, I'm more on the Fan's side. That's it! It hurts a person who wants to destroy a loved one mentally and physically. But he does it out of pain, not because he's that kind of person on his own. They're picking at their sores now, and I hope they'll talk, and they'll be gentle and affectionate with others again. But if Feng was like one of the people from the Korean drama, I forgot the name, unfortunately, here he is just a regular psycho, he beat his wife to his heart's content just for personal pleasure. And when she brought him a morning smoothie one day, he happily told her that as soon as I beat you up, the stock index would skyrocket - so get ready in the evening!!! She nodded and went to make him a roast. That's scary!!!
If Feng was like that, it would be a different conversation))) And here, in fact, mutual spanking takes place, well, yes, Feng is bigger, stronger, more sophisticated, so Yichen pushes through, but I doubt that when Feng looks into his puppy eyes, there is nothing there, very much, I'm sure. So, we are waiting to see what they will feed us today and we will draw conclusions.

@HaiLouYin: but I noticed right away) that's why I was surprised that they didn't show sex in the bathroom, all the prerequisites are visible.
I've watched it several times, it doesn't seem predatory to me, for some reason it seems to me that he feels sorry for Ichenya.

@vera24: It's hard to ignore everything that Lu Feng went through and how much it affected him, this lonely struggle for love.
That's why I feel like I'm the devil's advocate, because I understand why Lu Feng can't decide what he wants anymore right now.: love Yichen or punish him

Even when his bespectacled companion overdid it, Lu Feng could barely restrain himself from rushing to Yichen when he fell. I stood there, playing with my chewing gum, just not to lose my temper

That's probably why it seems to me that Yi Yichen understands how much pain and resentment Lu Feng has accumulated. Perhaps that's why he doesn't try to justify himself and draw attention to his own suffering. Right now, he's rather trying to accept the consequences of what happened between them.

I think there is no doubt that we all agree on one thing here: violence cannot be justified by anything. And neither Lu Feng nor Yichen is trying to make this behavior the norm in the general view.

It's just that they show us characters who are so entangled in their pain, guilt, love, and resentment that they themselves don't see any other way to get through it all. It's as if they need to live and suffer everything to the end so that they can have a chance to start from scratch one day.

But whether they will succeed, we will find out very soon.
There's still a little bit left

@HaiLouYin: Yeah, we'll get off the Chinese swing and switch to the Thai one. On June 26th, "Don't Be So Emotional" is released. If the work is of high quality, then we will not have time to exhale, and we will rush to new emotions))

@vera24: I felt uneasy from Lu Feng's gaze when he so abruptly and forcefully ran his hand down my back to my neck and squeezed it
It's as if all the resentment he carries inside is winning out at this moment... But then he notices the bruises, comes to his senses, and softens up.
Maybe that's why he leaves right after that.
What's happening between them now hurts him too. It's hard for Lu Feng to see the consequences of his actions. Next to Yichen, it's difficult for him to cope with all these conflicting feelings, but he still can't fully cope with them.

Anyway, who knows what he really feels there.… That I was bothering him with my speculations 😅
Maybe today he will finally move from actions to conversations and speak normally.

@HaiLouYin: In general, yes, you're probably right, he left so as not to make things worse, or maybe he just went to work, and now he has a dependent.

No, seriously, it's not clear, it's kind of a pity, but on the other hand, really, why did he squeeze his neck so hard???
Are you probably lucky? Will you watch it soon? I won't be able to do it again until 9(((

@HaiLouYin: Oh, I can't, you say that, you say that! I'm working part-time in a beautiful apartment that looks like a Lu Feng hut. Even the chandeliers are very similar to these drops. There are stairs here too, which have already taken me up. And then I turn on the episode at night and I'm just jealous. How many times have I been jumping up the stairs all day, and now Lu Feng has an elevator 😭

@innsight: Dear God, not only do you have to work, but you also have to walk up the stairs... you have to pay a percentage of your salary for this 🫠

Of course, I've seen apartments with elevators in painted men, but for real people to have such an elevator is the first time for me. 😁
I even hung up a little… He's noisy.
Although it's Lu Feng. Surely everything is top notch with him.

Yichen voluntarily accepts punishment and suffers to the fullest. Otherwise, why didn't he run away when LuFen was at least asleep (get drunk, get drunk, pretend that you need to go to the hospital urgently, and voila). But no, we will suffer.
And both of them must suffer this pain, apparently, in order to live on.

@budurr: He wouldn't have been able to escape anyway, the guards wouldn't have let him. But you know, you're right. He seemed to say to himself: "So be it." Maybe it's atonement. Or maybe Yichen just missed Lu Feng so much that he was willing to endure any torment just to be by his side. And, it seems to me, even when the desire to escape flared up in him, he understood: there was nowhere to run. Everything he needs in life is in this house — Lu Feng.

@innsight: in an apartment (or a house? ) there were so many windows, I don't want to hit them. Even if he doesn't have a phone, he can break all the windows, cause a flood, or a small (controlled) fire so that firefighters or police can arrive. There are a lot of options, actually. They didn't keep him chained up in the basement like some people (if you know what I mean =)).
So, for me, everything is clear. He decided to suffer.

I'm sorry, but fuck Lu Feng is playing the wrong girl, if he KILLED Yichen'S MOTHER, left HIS BROTHER disabled and other shit, and now they have to crawl on their knees and apologize to him while he's having fun with other sluts, he's just a disgusting character with fucked-up logic, I don't feel any pity for him, however, as And to the rest of the heroes of this bullshit, they all have a lid whistling here.
