@Miroslava_B: I watched it too and thought about it. And I cried: they're really joking, talking about this time. They did not know real hunger - nettles are not good for them, egg powder is terrible, Spam is shit. Have you tried the wallpaper?
I'm an Anglomaniac, but even I was offended that there wasn't a word about it, not a word about who actually defeated Hitler, who bombed London. And about the real hunger. About the siege of Leningrad.

God, that's how I lived when I was a kid, in the hungry 90s. there is no meat, vegetables from the garden, no money, total shortage. They lived like this during the war, and we lived like this during peacetime, a nightmare!!!!

@lilandra: our family had manti with potatoes (without meat), but it was even fun for me, as a teenager))) Although it's like peacetime. No one would call the 90s a peaceful time, a real war: the past against the future, capitalism against socialism, brothers against brothers, time against people.

By the way, we also had egg powder back then! )))) And in some places, canned food from abroad )
