I can hardly remember at least one more series that would end as powerfully and at the same time logically, without pulling by the ears and sucking out of the finger.
Oh, Ronnie...

Oh, the memories came flooding back... But almost 2.5 years ago I watched this series.

The character who is most truly pitied in the finale is Ronnie Gardocki, definitely. Here, damn, is the reward for friendship and loyalty to the end... ((

PPC, Vic, how could you, huh? The last friend - and so to set up.

Shane, what's the wife and child for? I hoped that I would do without tears in this series, but I was wrong. A couple of seasons ago, I wrote in the comments that Shane would kill himself, well, I had to wait a bit.
I want to say that Claudette and Dutch are one of the best couples. Not in terms of the couple who are dating (love and all that), but in terms of how they interact. Not without disagreements, of course, but they are partners and they are friends. And Claudette is practically the ideal of a strong and independent woman, she never gives up and goes to the goal.
But Ronnie is just a pity, he followed his friend to the last, even Mackie is not so sorry.
I cried again in the credits.

@Bellyash: Claudette is just a career woman going over her head. Besides, she is absolutely not competent. Reconsider how she manages the site - she never takes responsibility on her own and avoids any risks, even if it threatens to fail the case. All sound ideas do not come from her, but she enjoys using their fruits. I've been riding Vic since I became the boss as much as I could, while constantly trying to sink him.

@MaryLavo: Ummm, but Dutch has already caught several serial killers and rapists throughout the series.
And at the end of the series, it's not entirely clear if he's proven that Lloyd is the killer or not. The fact that he is sitting in a prison uniform and chained to a table may indicate that he has been imprisoned, or that he is simply the main suspect.

I have no idea what kind of series this is and I didn't watch it, I just ran into a search engine, so your accusations are stupid, if I knew, I wouldn't have asked, you could have answered adequately, and not accused me of stupidity. As always, the local community has paid off.

It's a wonderful series! But 4 out of 5 stars because of the first and last season. The first one is hard to watch because there is a lot of running, fuss and it is not clear "what and who" to what)
And the last one is the forced actions of the characters! And also running around, fuss on its last legs)
But the series is cool, with an unusual shooting that you quickly get used to! Over all the seasons, you get into each character and like someone more, someone less!
For me, the most unbearable figure is Shane!
Not once since the first season have I changed my mind about him!
The Claudette and Dutch couple is a special caste that was interesting to watch and empathize with!
You won't regret it!

It's a good series. The characters, the actors, the storylines, everything is cool. The first 4 seasons were upset by the constant camera shots, but from the middle of the series they learned to hide. :)) The finale is almost completely predictable 2-3 episodes before the end, and it could have been made even more dramatic by adding emotions and camera tricks, but everything ended the way it did throughout the series - smoothly and harshly.

To be honest, I don't really feel sorry for Shane and his wife, or rather, the situation they find themselves in. All these threats and Mara's orders are directed towards Corinne, who doesn't know what's going on at all. "Vic killed this one, Vic robbed the Armenians." Fuck it! Shane kicked Lem! Didn't Shane rob the Armenians? And whose money did you send to your mom? Corin drives at Vic, but takes the money from him, knowing that he has not earned it, etc. These female characters are great fun. The only thing that is clearly a complete mess is to fuck what Shane did to his family!

Vic did a lot of shit, too, that's for sure. As a result, he found himself in his own hell - not in prison with those he had imprisoned, but without children and at an office job, having framed a friend.

Claudette surprises me. Does she really believe that it is better to fight SUCH crime without question by following the letter of the law? In my opinion, it is obvious that they will never remove all drug dealers, human traffickers, gangs and other scum of society from the streets. If you just sit there and wait for something to be done legally, then you would have arrested half of those who were imprisoned by Vic, thanks to his machinations. At the same time, Vic is a corrupt cop, yes, I do not dispute, and also I do not dispute that his methods are effective. Claudette mostly goes on murder calls with Dutch, and Vic can die on any raid they do every day, so she doesn't know much about his work. There are different rules of the game.

Ronnie got a chainsaw in the back. The dude is almost the only one who hasn't been seen doing some fucking throughout the series (More Lem). Even Dutch strangled the cat to understand what the maniac was talking about... But he seemed normal. With his cockroaches, but normal.

I don't think anyone would want to go to sunny Los Angeles after watching this series) Considering how crime is shown (in a documentary manner), how the actors play - the feeling that these are ordinary people from criminal areas - there is a real rejection to such a life. I've been meaning to watch the Shield for a long time, maybe I'll review it someday.

The ending that takes the soul. It's very sad, of course, especially insulting for Ronnie, but that's what it was all about. The denouement with Shane also surprised me, I thought that he would do it only with himself, but to take the whole family with him..
I liked Shane initially, before all this Armenian money, and Mitchell, I liked their interaction with Vic and other guys, but then you all know for yourself. On the one hand, if you take his place, then you can try to understand his actions, because, as he himself said, he did what he considered necessary at that moment. In general, as much as I would sympathize and dislike Shane, he is an amazing character.
And of course, Lam.. I'm very sorry for him, he and Ronnie deserved a better fate, but there is something they fought for, and that's what they ran into.
All in all, a very decent ending, and an insanely cool series in itself, looks in one go.

We're done here. Everyone got what they deserved. Besides Aceveda, this snake got away with it.
It's a good uncensored series, they won't miss it now. This is a good example when the idea of the script was fully formulated. Therefore, there is no feeling that the seasons were added trying to stretch the timekeeping.
