Meredith is looking for a path to Derek as best she can. And finally, he makes ways to heal with the help of a psychologist. Izzy messed up again.
Overall, season 4 is calm, but I'm sure the series will get better. I'm not giving up yet.

usually the characters have new hairstyles in the first episode of the new season, but it's like there was a big break in filming)
A little more, and Karev will catch up with Bailey in skin color :D and he has normal stubble now, not that ridiculous beard
Bailey herself finally has a different styling, not a mushroom hairstyle
Dr. Mcstrust shaved, and Izzy got a haircut
And only George remained as a kid)
It's funny to watch it)
