Well, this is already some kind of classic. He loved her so much, he loved her so much that he killed her....and Alice just wanted to live a different life, not to stay at home, but to go have fun with her friends, and just work, earn money not only for herself, but also to invest in her family.
@Yumiko_Takagi: It was clearly manslaughter, one second and her life was cut short, and so was his own. Maybe out of guilt he didn't want to get along with women anymore
