@fomill: Yes, there seems to be a lot of humor. I kind of looked at it myself the second time. I didn't go in at first, and when the mystery of the mini-golf was revealed, then mimicry and jokes flooded in.

I read on Reddit that Big Henry is a reference to John Henry, an African-American folk hero who participated in the construction of railway tunnels. He did it manually faster than a steam hammer, and died of exhaustion at work.
