The series is very intense, I liked it (especially since I love the theme of escaping from prison). That's just you realize that this is a series and everyone will stay alive - and in real life, unfortunately, Lisbon would have been shot (perhaps Jane too).

@gerado: Alas, but the "Mentalist" does not hold up to real life at all. I, uh, slightly doubt that the FBI has such methods of work.

P.S. don't think that I'm scolding the series, in real life you can stupidly die a step away from completing a fairly ordinary task, not in the movies (if you're the main character). And this is, in fact, good.

Не знаю если это было запланировано или нет, но для меня прям несколько отсылок к сериалу "Побег из тюрьмы", в котором снималась Робин Танни. Как возлюбленный ищет план побега для возлюбленной из тюрьмы, как Патрик подарил Терезе оригами лебедя, который является неким символом сериала побег.
