Almost every episode they write that it is difficult to find a person worse than Maxim, but for some reason rarely anyone notices what a nasty person Viktor Petrovich is. Over the past 3 seasons, he has done almost nothing for anyone, but only drank and did everything for everyone's evil. And like Maxim, he does something for others only when he finds out that something big has been done for him.
